Element Vacation Homes welcomes you to The Happy Place. As soon as you enter the house, you'll notice the expansive living area furnished with contemporary furniture such as the oversized sectional sofa and flat-screen television. A few steps from the living area you'll find the spacious kitchen & dining area complete with large granite countertop island, an oven, two stainless steel French door refrigerators and a long dining table that can seat 14. The chef of the group will have fun preparing meals here with ease!

Step outside the large sliding panel door on a nice day and let the fresh air rush in or take a dip in the pool! A large grill can also be found on the pool deck for all of your entertainment needs.

Speaking of entertainment, the garage has been converted into a game room where you can challenge someone to a game of pool or foosball or head upstairs to find even more games with upright arcades and an air hockey where you can play to your heart's content! And if movie night is on or your agenda, you'll love the theater room, complete with theater-style seating and a proper projector screen where you can binge watch your favorite movies and shows.

When you're ready to call it a night, you've got options, fourteen of them in fact. Many have King Sized beds, a walk-in closet, and an ensuite. Slumber parties are inevitable as kids will love the themed bedrooms.

> We have a strict no party policy, the registered guest will need to be 25+, excessive use of the property/ extra cleaning required/ failure to follow checkout procedures/ breach of rental agreement will result in steep additional charges.
> The HOA will only allow 5 vehicles per property. There is some communal parking spaces scattered throughout the community should your 5 vehicles not fit in the driveway or garage.
> The HOA requires all driver names (maximum of 5) to be added to their system prior to arrival. Please provide these prior to arrival.
> The pool & spa located in the backyard can be heated for $40 per day. Pool heat is required to heat the spa as they cannot be separated.
