As a guest, you will have access to the full house including free parking, a private lanai with a small heated plunge pool, all storage excluding the two locked owners closets. You will also have full access to the amenities at the Tuscan Hills.
The community
There are 90 townhomes and 70 traditional Florida single-family homes inside of the gates. At the clubhouse there is a small fitness center, nice tennis court, beach sand volleyball court, and children’s play area. There are 2 entrances to the community. One on each side of the clubhouse. Each of the homes has a screened in enclosure with either a hot tub or pool.
Tuscan Hills is in Davenport on Florence Villa Grove Road. To reach it from the US192 (W Irlo Bronson Memorial Highway) head west to the end of this road and then go south on the US27 for approximately 2 miles. Florence Villa Grove is on the left opposite Legacy Park, with Tuscan Hills being 150 yards down here on the right.
The nearest airport is Orlando International which is 35 - 40 Minutes away, Tampa International is 65 - 70 Minutes away and Melbourne International is 90 - 95 Minutes from here. Miami International Airport, another option for guests to fly into is 225 - 230 Minutes away.

AFTER BOOKING:
Our registration process is 100% online, for your convenience. Upon booking your reservation, our Reservation Team will forward a copy of a Registration Agreement for your review and signature. Once we are in receipt of your signed Registration along with a copy of your photo ID and Credit Card, your booking will be confirmed and check-in instructions will be e-mailed to you 24hr prior to check with complete access to your vacation rental so that you can head directly to the property. Failure to provide the required documentation will result in cancellation of your booking.
Receipt of check-in instructions will be required in order for you to access your property, so in the event you have not received them, please be certain to contact us to advise.
Optional Extras:
Pool and/or spa Heating is offered upon availability for $ 50 per day plus tax, with a 3-days minimum. Please be certain to advise us if you require pool heat upon booking your reservation or at least 72 hours prior to check-in.
Propane for use with the BBQ grill is not provided, but refillable propane tanks are available upon request.
