Uncomfortable with too many issues
My family and I stayed in this unit for a week over spring break. The unit had some nice decor and looked fine upon entry. Nothing but problems cropped up from there...
1st bedroom had a smell like urine upon entry and bathroom had a broken sink drain cover.
The light bulb in the fridge needed to be replaced and fridge leaked water on the floor daily.
Dishwasher didn't work. Tried doing a load of dishes and it malfunctioned.
Stream on some shower heads doesn't flow.
Master bathroom toilet filled to the rim and would not flush down the entire trip.
Small holes in walls all over the unit that need to be plastered/painted. Also, cabinets are worn and need updating.
No sofa in the living room. It's actually mesh and steel rod seats with cushions. Like college dorm room furniture and very uncomfortable.
All mattresses are lower quality except one twin. Queen is alright. Two twins and the King you can actually feel and see the springs through the sheets.
Effective communication with owner was lacking from start to finish. As a bonus problem, the fire sprinkler system was scheduled to be replaced during our trip! I had to take time away from family to reschedule this.
Last (but worst):Condo complex is nice and pool is beautiful, but staff were rude and unprofessional. Threatened to have my family arrested because we used the pool for a short time after checkout (waiting for a flight).
Asked owner for partial refund and request ignored.
