Our fully air conditioned home with large screened pool & spa (pool and spa heat is an optional extra which can be added on request) sleeps up to 10 and is located in peaceful surroundings.Just minutes from Walt Disney World, Universal Studios, Sea World and all the amenities and attractions of the area and offering easy access to the Interstate and the beautiful beaches of the West Coast.
Our excellent Management Company will provide support to you during your stay.

Description

The villa enjoys a very peaceful position with a large screened pool and spa.The pool can be floodlit and has a full array of pool furniture for dining al fresco on the lanai . Child safety alarm fitted on the pool door.
Fitted out to a high standard and fully equipped,the house accommodates up to 10 people in five bedrooms. The house has 2270 square feet of air conditioned open plan living space with vaulted ceilings.
large screen HDTV TV, DVD and films, X Box & games, CD & selection of music, selection of toys and pool inflatables. Free high speed wireless internet.
The master King bedroom has HDTV & DVD and a large en suite bath and shower room with walk in closet. A second Queen bedroom has HDTV and an adjoining shower room. A third Queen bedroom has HDTV and shares a family bathroom/shower room with two twin bedrooms. One of the twin bedrooms also has HD cable TV.
The house is fully equipped including a cot,travel cot, hairdryer and highchair for the use of guests.
There is a games room with pool table, foosball, casino games etc plus seating.

The house is located in a great location. I would suggest if you are traveling with babies/ toddlers bring a baby gate. The pool was nice but took 3 days to actually heat up all the way. I would definitely stay here again.

A very nice clean and beautiful home and area
It was a very nice home and very clean. The area and neighborhood was nice and quiet. It's also very close to Disney world and theme parks. Also a lot of grocery stores and shopping malls near.

Perfect for us
I didn't have any problems with check in or otherwise. This place was a little less expensive as decorations haven't been updated. But I appreciate that it was cost efficient. The sheets on the king bed were so nice. Plenty of towels but could have more wash cloths. Plenty of hot water for the three bathrooms. Nothing to complain about.

Amazing villa!

We were a family of 7 adults who stayed in this house for 2 weeks and we were very comfortable with the amount of space. We paid for pool heating and the pool was warm on arrival. The checkin was extremely simple, we were met with basic essentials and with a number of supermarkets in close proximity it was very comfortable from the get go. Any questions we had, Jackie answered promptly. We would be happy to come back and stay again.

Our family of ten stayed at this location and we cant think of a single thing that was wrong with it. Well kept, clean and beautiful home. Nicely decorated perfect for our vacation. Pool was great, kids loved it. Jackie was exceptional as she made sure to provide us with as much info as she could before our trip. Would highly recommend this location.

Holiday of a lifetime
This property was perfect in every aspect with all facillities available to us from the minute we arrived to the day we left. The check in process was excelent and the communication with Jacky was perfect. everything about the house was wonderful. The games room contained everything you could wish for including bike and strollers for the kids. We enjoyed our trips out to Anna Maria Island and to Winter Park on the Sun rail, both outstanding. We would not hesitate to return to this property in the future.

May 2024Disney Vacation
The house its self was just what we expected. The house next door on the other hand was uninhabited, the back yard pool area was disgusting , pool was full of green slime and water which was taken over by frogs etc ,noise was fairly loud. Behind the house is a field/park where they were having practises and games during weekend, so it was very loud starting at 8:00 in the morning with the bands that accompanied the teams, music and yelling. During the weeks it was relatively quiet.
