1930's Art Deco cottage located in one of Downtown Orlando's premier locations. The Cottages at Lake Davis have been featured in many calendars and magazines for having a Miami charm. This cottage features terrazzo floors in the living and bedrooms, high ceilings, central air and heat, built-in dresser in each bedroom, and fully equipped kitchen. Month in Orlando
Absolutely loved the location for what I needed. Right next to Orlando Health which allowed a quick commute. The neighborhood itself was lovely, with lots of walking trails and green spaces. If you don't mind a 25-30min walk, it is very doable to walk to downtown Orlando or simply pay for a $10 uber. Overall, would highly recommend this vrbo.
