The fully equipped kitchen offers plenty of counter space and a mini breakfast bar, perfect for those quick meals or snacks. The open concept dining and living room offer plenty of space for socializing or spending a quiet evening at home. The first floor has a bedroom plus ensuite bath. Upstairs is where you'll find the freshly updated primary bedroom with an ensuite bath and private balcony! Upstairs is also where the additional two bedrooms and additional full bathroom are located.

Our resort community and surrounding area offers loads of activities for the whole family to enjoy. Within the gated community, we have a large heated swimming pool, another hot tub and a separate pool offering waterslides. On weather permitting days, outdoor games are displayed for everyone to use around the pool area. Games such as, ping-pong, beanbag toss, outdoor size connect four and may more. Within the mix of the pool amenities, is our poolside snack and drink bar so you don't have to trek back to your house for munchies. Inside the clubhouse, you will find a fitness center, two game rooms and a restaurant/bar for evening meals. The pool area is equipped with free WIFI for your enjoyment.

A government-issued photo ID is required to be supplied upon booking. Check-in instructions will not be issued until this is fulfilled and will be verified upon arrival.

Our home is licensed to accommodate a maximum of 10 people. If false information is given and we determine more than 10 people are in the home, the reservation becomes null and void and is subject to cancellation and removal with no refund.
We have a strict check in/out policy, unless authorized in writing, anyone violating these times will be charged $50 per hour from your deposit. Failure to abide by these policies may result in removal.

There is no smoking in or within 10 feet of any doors or windows. No illegal drugs.

We require a $1 security deposit hold that will be released the day after check-out.
