The Islebrook subdivision is a small, beautifully maintained community and with quick access to Osceola Parkway and the 417 expressway. Relax in the peace and tranquility of this fabulous conservation view location where it’s hard to imagine you are just a short drive to the local Central Florida attractions like Disney, Sea World and Universal Studios. With Osceola Parkway and Town Center Blvd so close by, you are close to shops, great restaurants and grocery stores.

The house worked for us perfectly, neighbors were friendly and welcoming, pool was awesome, and the biggest find foodie wise was Mamma Romanos, possibly the best Italian food I’ve ever had! Would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful stay overall
We thoroughly enjoyed this house for our visit to Disney and Universal! It took us 20 minutes or less to get to the parks which was awesome. House layout was perfect for a family of 5. Several restaurants and shopping very nearby. The pool was great. I do think it should be clarified that it is not indoors, but screened in. So no swimming unless weather is nice. My only complaint with the rental is there were maybe 7 towels in the whole house. We stayed for a week with 5 people and of course there is the pool. I wish there would have been a note to bring towels or something. Luckily I brought laundry supplies so we were able to wash them daily, but it was very inconvenient. I would still stay again, just bring towels this time.

The little things
So the property is fine, but a number of little things really hurt our review. First we arrived in the evening and were tired. About 10:30PM a low battery alarm started going off for the pool. The device required a 9Volt battery and a screwdriver to replace. We had neither so all night long every minute an annoying chirp like a smoke detector low battery indicator went off. We left a voice mail and sent an email. At about 5AM I left and found a Walgreens and got a screwdriver and battery. At 9AM a maintenance person arrived, but we already had fixed ourselves. At about 11AM I sent an email that said I was surprised we hadnt heard from management. I got a call saying well we showed up and we had fixed ourselves. I didnt no the maintenance person was also the customer service agent. He asked what more could they have done. I said 2 things. Simply apologize for the awful night sleep and have a kit with a battery, screwdriver and instructions to replace the battery. Should have also said they would reimburse for the screwdriver and battery at Walgreens. Other little things were not enough bath towels, not enough hand towels, no wash cloths, no little bottle of dish detergent, Finally update the electronics. Funny to see a VHS player in a bedroom.

It's a totally rental property
We were fine with the house but it does need some upgrading. The furniture is pretty worn and the beds could use new matrresses. All that said, we were happy with our stay.

Poor upkeep and questionably clean
We weren't looking for perfect, we were planning on spending more time out and about than at the property, but the weather didn't hold up for us. So, the condition of the property was not even close to par. I have had better accommodations at a roadside motel in the middle of nowhere. he bed was hard, lumpy. Pillows were very well used. Linens may have been clean? Bathroom was questionable - the smell was distinct and fixtures were filthy. When we first tried to use the pool, we could not open the sliding door leading out. We had to re-seat the sliding door onto its track, only to have it fall off making it stick again when we tried to get back in the house. The owner(?) or property manager tried to tell us there was nothing wrong, and then told us the door was scheduled to be fixed after our stay. The kitchen was filthy, food and crumbs on the floor, open food in the cabinets. I would not recommend this property..

Wonderful staying.
Me and my family had a wonderful time in Orlando. The property we rent was very clean and organized. It really makes you feel that you are at home. The pool was clean and warm. I called the property manager, because we wanted the pool heated, and in less than 10 Min.utes it was done. We are very satisfied with his location. 5 stars is not enough. We will definitely comeback to Orlando.

It was okay, no major complaints.
GOOD: 1. Home is spacious. Plenty of space to move about. 2. Kitchen and living room is nice. 3. Neighborhood is peaceful and well-maintained. 4. No too far from amenities (WalMart, Walgreens, Publix, about 20-minute car ride to theme parks, etc.) BAD: 1. The sliding glass door to the pool is jammed and hard to open/close so we couldn’t utilize the pool. 2. There was no internet when we arrived. Called the emergency service. The whole neighborhood was out. Everything was okay a few hours later when the phone company fixed it. 3. The carpets were okay, but they had miscellaneous bubbles in the bedrooms. Plus, high traffic areas were worn. The carpets should have been changed. 4. The neighbors were loud with motorbikes upon arrival and also played loud music at strange times of the night and early morning. 5. There are miscellaneous items stored in the garage that took up space. 6. Pool water appeared a little murky. I believe the bottom just needed to be pressured-washed.
