Located in the storey Lake Resort in Kissimmee FL, this gate community offers a fitness center , a slash park, a lazy river , a sports court , and a dock where Kayak rentals are available for guests throughout their stay.

Theme parks such as Universal Studios , volcano Bay 20- minutes and Disney world are just 4 miles.

The Space

This modern and spacious 5- Bedroom house is the perfect getaway to create new memories with your family and friends . This beautiful home accommodates 13 people comfortably.

Featuring 5 Bedrooms each with flat screen TVs, guests can relax after spending a day in the hot Florida sun or visiting Walt Disney World .

This Luxurious vacation home has a suite bedroom with a king bed downstairs with access to the pool and a bedroom with king size bed with a shared bathroom for all to use on the lower level . All other bedrooms and bathrooms are located on the upper level of the home .

Downstairs Bedrooms include:
2- master suite bedrooms equipped with king size bed

Upstairs bedrooms include:
1- king suite with king size bed
.1- bedroom equipped with 2 (two) full size bed
.1- bedroom equipped with 1 (one) bunk bed full size @ bottom and twin size @ top

There is also an upstairs living room with a flat screen TV and comfortables couches so you can enjoy a nice movie night.

A Large fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops and full-sized stainless steel appliances .

Our home has its very own private pool and spa waiting for you to take a dip in . After a long day of shopping and theme parks there is no better way to unwind and relax .

- PROPANE for the BBQ Grill has to be purchased by the guest (there is 1 TANK in the house that guests can refill/exchange and use). Propane can be purchased at nearby stores such as: Publix, Walmart, Seven Eleven...

We made the most of our garage space a game room . There is a foosball table.

* $150.00 will be charged for each stained rug and if won’t clean will be replaced with guest expenses.

This home is self-check-in. There is no welcome lobby or anyone to greet you .

We’re happy to heat our private pool at cost of $65.00 a day . It must be on the duration of your stay . The pool heating fee can be collected before arrival . Please request this at reservation and needs to be paid 3 days before your arrival, unless it’s a last minute booking,

Please note , it takes up to 24-48 hours to heat so I cannot guarantee the pool will be heated if it is not requested prior to your arrival .

• We offer a propane grill. There will be a one time $70.00 fee for its use for the entire stay This fee would ensure that you don't have to clean the grill before checkout. You will be responsible for obtaining propane to use the grill, but if the tank is full when you get there, feel free to use it. Guests that request this service, understand that they are using the grill at their own risk and that they are liable for any damage caused by it.

We’re happy to heat our private pool and spa at cost of $65.00 per night . It must be add on the duration of your entire stay . The pool heating fee will be collected 3 days before arrival . Please request this at time of reservation or 48 hours before your arrival .
Please note , it takes up to 24-48 hours to heat so I cannot guarantee the pool will be heated if it is not requested 48 hours prior to your arrival.
Pool will be set up to 86* and spa 90* and water temperature it’s not guarantied.
Keep in mind from November to March pool temperature it’s better between 10:00am to 8:00pm as temperature tend to drop at night from November to March. We have one of the top of the line and sophisticated pool heater.
