Windsor at Westside Resort, Orlando Florida is one of the most popular resort communities in the Orlando/Kissimmee area. Gated Resort condominium with Luxury Club House, water park, arcade, loft with bar, sports courts and outdoor play areas.

Windsor at Westside is located:
- 10 minutes from Walt Disney World
- 25 Minutes from Premium Outlet (Vineland)
- 20 Minutes Lake Buena Vista Factory Stores and Orlando Premium Outlets.

CLUBHOUSE
- All amenities are open to the guests.
- Gym is open from 9am – 8pm
- Pool from 9am – dusk
- Restaurant from 11am – 9pm.
- Please note that these hours are subject to change without prior notice. The clubhouse reserves
the right to close for maintenance without prior warning.
- Coolers and outside food/alcohol are not permitted inside the clubhouse or within the pool area.
- Glass containers are prohibited in any pool area, clubhouse, and all Association common areas.

Two days before the guest's arrival, the voucher with check-in instructions will be sent.

This is a self-catering vacation home. Guests must purchase any further items needed that they'll consume or use during the stay or replace products when they are over. This includes personal care products, food, drinks, etc. The offered amenities listed below are only initial supplies, small-sized:

- Bathroom: One toilet paper per bathroom, a garbage bag that is already in the trashcan, Small shampoo and conditioner.
- Kitchen: Two garbage bags, Sponge, Dishwasher soap, Paper towel.
- Laundry: One laundry detergent.
- Linens/sheets: 1 sheet kit per bed, one towel per guest (house’s maximum occupancy).

PLEASE NOTE:
The following extra services are available and must be requested at least 48 hours before your check-in date. Here are the details:

- Pool heating: $33 per day with a minimum charge of $165, subject to availability.
- Early check-in (from 10 am): $127, subject to availability.
- Late check-out (Until 3 pm): $127, to be requested no later than check-in time and subject to availability.

Complimentary use of BBQ Grill: The BBQ Grill will be clean and available for your convenience. To use it, you will need to refill the propane cylinder at the nearest retail store or propane refill station.

POOL CLEANING
Pool cleaning at Windsor at Westside Resort houses is typically conducted weekly on Mondays or Tuesdays, but it may be subject to adjustments based on weather conditions. In the event of unfavorable weather, the cleaning may be rescheduled to a different day of the week. Our professional team has access to the pool area without requiring you to open the door, and they will complete the service in approximately one hour, allowing you to enjoy the pool afterward.
