The Space:

Enjoy a feeling like home in this comfortable 2,076 sq ft, two-story townhome. You’ll enjoy a plush living room with a very inviting sofa and a wall-mounted flatscreen TV for downtime moments at home and direct access to the pool area.
There’s a granite countertop kitchen fully equipped with all the appliances and utensils needed to prepare meals at home. There’s a great breakfast bar with 3 stools for a snack spot and a lovely dining area with a plush dining table that can seat 6 for enjoying meals at home together.
There are 5 bedrooms (all with TVs!), 4 full bathrooms and a half bath to accommodate 10 guests comfortably as such:

The pool heating service is only available from November to the end of April.
Guests will need to climb stairs as it’s a 2-story townhome.
We provide some essentials to get you started, like paper towels, trash bags in all trash cans, and a roll of toilet paper, hand soap, shampoo and bath gel in each full bathroom. Please note that these are not replenished during your stay.
There is no daily cleaning, but if you’d like to arrange for our cleaning service to come in and tidy up, we can arrange it for a fee. There are regular and extensive cleaning rates. Please let us know in advance.
During the winter and fall months (Oct to April), the pool can be heated for an additional fee and must be requested a minimum of 48 hrs prior to arrival and heated for the entire stay.
A BBQ grill rental is available for use for an additional fee. The propane tank refill is not included. This service must be requested at least 48 hours prior to your arrival.
Guests will be requested to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.
A security deposit may be required prior to arrival or at check-in, subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.
Early check-in is subject to availability with an additional fee.
Security cameras are used on the exterior of the property for guest safety and security reasons only.
For guests who only wish to use the amenities during their valid rental or lease agreement, a Leisure Patron Amenity Access Fee will be charged at the clubhouse front desk upon check-in. To pay this fee, the primary person must provide reservation information, including the rental property address, check-in and check-out dates, number of guests, and matching identification. Additionally, they must provide license plate information for the primary vehicle. The fee will be charged via Square using a credit or debit card; no cash will be accepted. It's a one-time fee per house per reservation.
Upon payment, guests will receive a Resort Access Card (up to 2 cards per party) for pool entry and a 4-digit code for gym access. These cards must be presented at the pool gate and carried on the pool deck. After-hours check-ins will receive car passes from the guard gate and must visit the clubhouse when it reopens to pay the fee for pool access the next day.

WE KINDLY ASK ALL GUESTS TO ABIDE BY THESE HOUSE RULES:
- Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book.
- No smoking of any kind (tobacco, cannabis, etc.) inside the home, and the use of any recreational drugs on the premises is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $300 penalty.
- No parties, events or illegal activities are permitted. Excessive noise is not tolerated, especially after 10 pm, to respect the neighbors.
- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed.
- No tent or other structures may be set up on the property grounds.
- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages caused during their stay or cover necessary extra-cleaning charges if needed after their stay.
- Renters must provide a government ID on check-in day and may need to show ID during their stay when identity verification is necessary.
- Please avoid moving furniture.
- Pets are not allowed.
Interaction with Guests:
You can check yourself in using the door keypad. The access code will be sent to you before arrival.
