The property speaks for itself ā€œvery niceā€ the Theater Room was the HIGHLIGHT the property was very roomy it was 11 of us and half the time we had to find someone within the room would most definitely recommendā€¦.We had a lil hiccup with the property but once the property managere got note of what was going on he assured me it would be taken care of Thanks Jonathan u ROCK

Over all beautiful home with so many accommodations. Jonathan is so easy to get ahold of and very responsive. The home is very clean and my family and I enjoyed the pool so much. Our 5 night stay was absolutely wonderful. Thank you so much. Everything we needed was right there.

Son's graduation stay
We booked our stay for our son's graduation trip. the property was as expected, however I would not recommend wasting money on the travel insurance. We purchased it not sure if our son's final make up testing would be during the 1st few days of our reservation, with the insurance it would be something that would be covered. However, when we went to get a refund for the dates and hope for cooperation, we were denied and told we would need crazy paperwork from my son's school, as well as a cilabus. being that this was make up testing there was no cilabus. We were forced to keep our stay and have our son stay home for the few days he had testing and join us on the weekend. Communication took quite a bit of time since the host does not live local. Host was polite, however also unwilling to accommodate us for our circumstance. Over all it was a nice stay, but wish it was as we intended it to be.

Amazing house for large families. Beds were all comfortable. Pool and out door area were great after long days in the parks. Owner was quick to respond to all messages. Only complaint was not enough toilet paper or garbage bags for length of our stay. Would also like to more basic spices and condiments available. Also instructions on how to work the spa would have been nice. Overall great stay.

Annual Family Getaway
Every year we take a family getaway with our adult children and their children (our grandchildren). This trip is the one that counts for the year because the five families are all together in one home for several days. This home is a gem. The kids were amazed to see how big and comfortable it is. The theme rooms were a hit but the Theatre room won the best room in the house award. The beds are comfortable. The home had enough room for everyone and the pool was a hit as well. The resort is as usual..lots of fun in the lazy river and lots of BBQ for the guests to enjoy. We will definitely be coming back!!! Thank you Jonathan!!

The property was nice. Pool and hot tub where clean and the kids had lots of fun in the pool. The rooms were clean and the little ones loved the themed rooms and the cupboard under the stairs. The community pool was very nice. We had a few questions when we arrived and the owner responded quickly. Over all we had a nice visit, the only thing that was annoying was driving on the 4.

Loved the decor and how comfortable the home was. Tons of towels in the bathrooms, beds were comfy, the kids enjoyed the games, and of course the theatre and pool was a big hit. We will definitely be back.

MEMORABLE SIBLINGS VACATION WITH MINIMUM HICCUPS!
My family and I enjoyed staying at this house and would book again. It was only 8 of us so we had plenty of space. From the start of the rental process up until the day we left, Jonathan, the property manager, was always responsive to whatever questions/problems we had. Upon arrival, we experienced check-in problems at the gate because they had no record in the system of our checking in the house. We, therefore, had to show confirmations of payments and other info from Jonathan before we were cleared. The house was very spacious and clean (a few minor hiccups but that didn't spoil the trip). The game and theater rooms were great places for fun. Short drive to theme parks with plenty of shopping nearby. After not being together since COVID-19 started, it was the perfect house for our siblings reunion. Thank you.

Good property, some issues needing attention
This is a nice house, with the rooms, bedrooms, and bathrooms as advertised, and all very comfortable. A clean and spacious home. The gate to keep a toddler from wandering to the pool was excellent. The movie room was nice. Communication with the host was very good. A few issues to be aware of: The pool and hot tub takes hours to heat up, and donā€™t get to the temperatures they are set for. For a November stay, we could not use either. (Pool never went above 70 degrees, hot tub once briefly got to 90 degrees after manually moving buckets of water from the pool to the hot tub). Parking is challenging, as they only allow driveway parking. The garage is also not usable for parking. We parked 4 cars in the driveway, but this blocked the sidewalk. A fifth car for one day left us having to hunt for a place outside of Championsgate to legally park it overnight. It would have been helpful if the host had provided info on parking restriction and a place for extra cars at the time of booking. We had one minor issue with the microwave that was not able to be repaired during the weekend. Overall, this was a good stay.

Beautiful property amazing location
The house is stunning, the rooms are wonderfully decorated for all ages. The amenities are top notch in the neighborhood (the oasis club et ). Location to all of the reasons people visit Orlando is amazing, traffic is traffic but the location of this property makes everything easier. The management always responds quickly and is vey accommodating to work with! Will be staying here again!!

Amazing house with responsive property manager
We loved this house! We have stayed at several homes before but this one was so well equipped and ready for guests. Our property manager Jonathan was quick to respond to all of my questions. We will definitely be back!
