I see most do a damage waiver insurance can I do this?
No, we do not offer this option with the rentals of our homes

Why is the security deposit so high?
We like to keep our homes looking good and functional for all guests. We are able to do this with the security deposit system in place. We refund this within 48 hours of departure provided there is no damage, theft or if the home is not left in orderly fashion

What does orderly fashion mean?
We provide you a clean, orderly home when you arrive. Examples of a home not left in orderly fashion would be – loose trash scattered throughout the home, mattresses or furniture moved, major towel stains and towels scattered throughout the home, food left in ovens or grills, sinks piled with dishes, household trash placed in recycle bins and so forth. This is a private home and is not a Hotel or Cruise ship stay, home must be kept orderly or there is a cleaning fee charged from your security deposit.

Is there a shuttle service to the attractions?
private ones only like uber, taxi or public transportation is available but not through the resort.

Are cleaning products provided?
for the safety of children, we do not provide any cleaning products. We do provide start packs up trash bags, dishtabs, 1 roll of TP per bathroom and hotel size shampoo/soaps in the bathrooms

Champions gate fun!
Overall a good property, needs a bit of love in the cleaning department, dusty and dining table and chairs are quite dull looking. Location is fantastic! Oasis club access is a great bonus! Had a few pool glitches, and plumbing issues but maintenance was quick and super reliable. Would stay again. Layout of house is fantastic for our group of 6.

Size, layout, cleanliness, pool were great! More cleaning supplies would be good, such as a broom, dish detergent and more garbage bags. Lots of rules to follow was a worry. Game systems didn’t work at all, barbecue was finicky. Overall a a good experience. Would come again.

This home is great! The neighborhood has a lot to do within itself. We took advantage of the screened pool/lanai, the community pools, ate at the club house multiple times all without leaving the property. The home if fully stocked with almost anything one needs without bringing your own. We didn't cook at the home but it was well equipped with any appliance or cookware. Towels were plentiful for the pool. I brought my teenage son and his best friend, the game room was great for them enjoy also. This home is really ideal for large family or even 2 families. Consider this home if you're looking in this area. I would highly recommend it.

The house was just as pictured! Great neighborhood ( Gated community), Comfy beds, LOTS of space, Hot Tub was wonderful, playstation 5 was a great addition to have. Will definitely look to stay in Champions Gate again. Items to improve the home would be to add a bench in the master bathroom, new curtains in the living room ( they were broken in multi areas, so unable to full close for privacy), provide a little bit of laundry soap for washer ( none was provided). Overall a wonderful stay, thank you for sharing your home with us.

Perfect Vacation home, great for kids!
We loved our stay, hoping to be back again! Beautiful home, perfect location, pool and hot tub were wonderful, spent hours enjoying it. Had everything we needed for a great week. Quiet neighborhood, enjoyed the resort amenities. House was clean, as expected, check-in was smooth, very kid friendly, big space, and relaxing! We truly loved our stay, wonderful vacation for our family!

Overall, our family enjoyed our stay at this property in Champions Gate during our recent November trip, but there were a few hiccups with the property that resulted in a three star rating. Upon arrival to the house, we were unable to unlock the door with the key code provided. We called and left a message for the after hours service line and after approximately 5 minutes we received a call back with a different key code to use. While the issue was resolved in a short amount of time, it was a disappointing way to start the week especially based on the tedious information required as a renter on the front end of the rental agreement. After settling in, we realized the pool and spa heater was not working (this was a key selling point to us with this listing). Again, we called the after hours line based on the instructions, but no one returned our call until two days later after we called a second time as well as sent an email (we originally called on a Saturday). A service technician was sent to the house and fixed the issue on Monday night. However, we lost three days of pool usage during a seven day stay. On the positive, the bedrooms were nice, the garage setup with the games worked out great for our kids, and once the pool heat worked our family enjoyed the outdoor area.

This was our second time staying at this property. The stay was overall good. Some things in the house need repairing/replacement. The blinds on the back door were slightly damaged/missing some panels. The couch had some damage to the upholstery. There was mold under the kitchen sink. My main complaint would be that they have installed a “smart” thermostat that is locked with a PIN that was not provided to us for our stay, so we had absolutely no control over the temperature in the house. There were a few nights where it was difficult to sleep because it was so hot and stuffy. Otherwise the house was still in good condition and had comfortable beds and the hot tub was great after spending all day walking around Disney parks and Universal Studios. 8/10 would stay at this property again.

The house is spacious and well maintained overall. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely book again. The only downside was the game room which was extremely hot since it has not air conditioning or ventilation.

Great Vacation
We had a great stay and would definitely go back. The neighbourhood was immaculate, pool was nice and house was just as advertised. The washing machine was broken when we arrived which was a surprise but it was replaced 2 days into the stay and did not impact much. Had a hard time getting a hold of maintenance to line up a crib delivery but it worked out that the cleaning staff was there thankfully.

Great Family Home
This was our second time staying in the ChampionsGate area. Love this location as it’s not too far from Disney Parks and Sea World, and it’s close to grocery and retail stores. This trip was just our family, and this house was the perfect size for us! Very clean and kid-friendly. Had plenty of towels for everyone and basic amenities. Pictures were spot on. Love having the outdoor eating/lounging space and your own pool and hot tub right outside the back door. Would definitely come back to this property again.

Plan to stock the house for your visit
The property was clean and nice. The kitchen has very minimal cooking supplies. There weren't even kitchen towels. Plan to buy every little ingredient you need to cook. Even salt and pepper. The spice rack there is mostly empty and has the weirdest spices in it. There will be no cleaning supplies except a few dishwasher tabs. There will be no dish soap or Sponge to hand wash. You will need extra paper towels, toilet paper and cleaning supplies if you stay more than a few days. You will need everything if you want to do any laundry. Check the fridge when you get there BEFORE buying food. It was set to 45° and took 2 days to get to the safe temp. The Oasis club is a must even tho the private pool and hot tub are awesome. The grill is nice and new too but no brush to clean it with. The vacuum didn't work so we weren't able to do much cleaning. I stayed over a week with 2 little boys. Any cleaning supplies you leave will be thrown away. Management said they aren't allowed to leave any. I would stay here again. The first time sucked because the listing made it seem like the kitchen was better stocked so we were unprepared but now that we know we can pack what we need. The game room was a nice bonus but it gets VERY hot in there! No fan or a/c connected and the alarm system beeped if you propped the door open. Oh the alarm system was nice too. Never used one so we had a few alarms but got use to it. Have the alarm code ready as soon as you unlock the front door. I did not and my ears are still ringing lol

Getting inside the gates to the property was terrible, system was down and long lines of 30 minutes and longer. The house was beautiful but the patio door lock was broken called maintenance he came out same day but lock was still broken. We went 2 days feeling unprotected the lock finally got fixed and everything was perfect.

Two week stay
The property was very clean and well taken care of. The biggest issue we encountered was that all three of the toilets would not flush on day two of our trip. We contacted maintenance who did fix the problem but hinted around that our young kids were using massive amounts of to. We had no young kids with us and one of the bathrooms had not even been used. The issue occurred again on day 5 but was corrected within hours and did not occur again during the trip. The pool also turned green two days before it was scheduled to be clean and was corrected by the pool cleaning company. Other than that the stay was great.
