I consider the daily parking price of $35, plus an additional transportation tax, to be exaggerated. The quality of the food and service at the Trevis and Davis Club restaurants leaves a lot to be desired for a high-end hotel. Few breakfast options and long lines. Excellent service during check in. The hotel room are good but I won't return.

Room was supposed to be “premier” but was very average at best. Shower and sink water was cool or luke warm in the mornings. Definitely not worth the price they charge.

While looking for something in the room, we saw that under the furniture there was a package or Oreos and a half shell of a Kindred, wasn't impressed and windered what else wasn't cleaned properly. There isnt a fan in the bathroom, which makes it hard when showering or when someone goes, #2. The room was spacious and there were 3 towel racks in the bathroom. :) We had a conference at the hotel and the entire staff was very friendly and efficient.

I was very disappointed to find out the hotel had a new years celebration after I had called the hotel to find out if they were going to have a party at the hotel & I was told no only fireworks. Also on the day of check out all the staff was coughing & not wearing mask.

Gorgeous propert7 with an impeccable staff! The Adult Pool has a sign that says “quiet enjoyment strictly enforced” and the hot tub is great too (p.s. Don’t miss the lazy river here…) seriously can’t wait to go back!
