Loved the quaint, old fashioned aspect of the hotel. Location was excellent with plenty of shopping and great restaurants within walking distance. The only negative was the elevator is a hit or miss if it works. Staff is very friendly and accommodating.

The vintage property is so appropriste for Winter Park and it’s history. It’s well msintained and I love the balconies.

Liked the hotel, but it was noisy in the room. It was possible to hear what people were doing in the rooms nearby. And when the toilets were flushed, it affected water pressure in the shower. Otherwise, clean, located in a great area, and friendly staff.

The property is very convenient, in the heart of the downtown and the staff is very good. However it does have many of the downsides of an old hotel, such as thin walls and very small bathrooms.

We love the history of the place and the setting along Park Avenue in Winter Park. The hotel is definitely dated without all the modern conveniences, but frankly that's what we liked because we wanted to see and appreciate the historical nature of this hotel.

I stayed at the hotel with 3 friends. We had 2 balcony suites. The staff were wonderful, welcoming and ready to help. The balcony over the main street was truly one of the best assets for the hotel. We would have appreciated a coffee maker in the room rather than having to get dressed to go down to the lobby in the morning. Our room smelled a bit musty when the outside door was left closed.
