Welcome to our charming 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom vacation home in the serene Lake Berkley 🌴 community. This 1365 Sq. Ft. Private Pool Home offers comfortable accommodations for up to 8 guests, all on one floor. After the initial supplies are used up, the home operates on a self-catering basis. For additional items, we recommend a visit to the nearest supermarket, and if you desire a welcome package, please don't hesitate to contact us.

This home boasts a carpet-free environment and provides you with a choice of bedding options, including 1 King Size bed, 1 Queen Size bed, 1 Full Size bed, and 2 Twin Size beds for a restful stay. Complimentary parking is available in the driveway, with no street parking permitted. We also provide essential amenities, including linens, towels, a fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, iron, hair dryer, and free cable and internet access.

Lake Berkley Resort is known for its meticulously maintained grounds, featuring a 24-hour manned security gate and an array of on-site amenities. The clubhouse offers a gym, a computer/internet area, a swimming pool, jacuzzi, and a children's splash-pool, all provided at no additional cost to our guests. There are also children's play areas, tennis and volleyball courts, and a basketball hoop. The beautiful lake provides opportunities for walking, jogging, and cycling, with numerous restaurants in close proximity. Fishing is a natural pastime in the tranquil 14-acre spring-fed lake facing our villa.

Additional Features:
- Pool Heat: Available for $50.00 per day (must be requested at least 7 days before check-in for the entire stay).

For the comfort of all our guests, this home is strictly non-smoking, and no pets are allowed. Violation of this policy may result in a minimum charge of $400.00 against the security deposit.

Starter Supplies: We offer a starter supplies package that includes 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, small hotel-size bar soap in each bathroom, personal hygiene items, dish soap and sponge, dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent, and a garbage bag.

Housekeeping: Please note that daily housekeeping service is not included in the rental rate. Before check-in, the unit undergoes a thorough cleaning and inspection by a professional cleaning company. Clean sheets and towels are provided in the unit, and mid-stay cleaning services can be arranged for an additional fee.

This house operates on a self-catering basis. While we provide welcome amenities, we recommend a visit to the nearest supermarket for additional personal toiletries and meal provisions.

Food: In accordance with Florida law, we cannot leave open food in refrigerators or kitchen closets. Therefore, all food items will be removed after guest checkout, and we do not supply items such as condiments or coffee powder before check-in.

Excessive cleaning requirements or a double clean will incur a charge of $100.00.
