This place is disgusting! Dirty, stinks, nothing works, bugs, blood in shower. When asked for another room was told they are sold out. When I mentioned the blood in shower the front desk gave me a bottle of cleaner

Guys, for real this building needs to be destroyed. You would be risking the ceiling falling on you while you are asleep, or maybe finding a needle in between the bed sheets, maybe having someone push your door to the ground in the middle of the night, or maybe just maybe getting asma with the smell of cigarette so strong. This place is a joke, please dont waste your time

The shower faucet was constantly leaking. The toilet was clogged and still has feces in it and when I tried to flush it the toilet was clogged. The bed linens were stained. Would not recommend this place at all.

I am very disappointed, frustrated and we don’t usually write bad reviews but in this case we made a point to let everyone know the extremely poor situation of this place. Unfortunately we don’t have anything good to say about the room that was offered to us. I cannot even begin to describe the conditions of this place but just so everyone will have an idea we will try. The room was filthy to say the least. The carpet was extremely dirty, faucets were dripping, microwave was kept shut by a piece of duct tape (extremely hazardous), ceiling had cracks in it, painting was peeling off, horrible smell like cigarettes and marijuana, I even saw a few disgusting cockroaches in the room,etc. There were some folks, hotel guests i assume, that were listening to extremely loud music showing no regard for people’s privacy. Our list of complaints could in fact go on and on but like we said this is just so Expedia have an idea and perhaps exclude this place from its list of place to stay in Orlando. Please understand that we are not exaggerating on anything being described here. All is true and anyone will be able to verify. We didn’t stay at this hotel room or the other one that was offered due to all the reasons described above so we expect full refund to the original form of payment. The pictures that Expedia has listed is not updated. The place is dirty, no blankets available in our room, just sheets. No cafe or deli like mentioned. We ordered pizza and Papa Johns wouldn't deliver to our room b/c he stated its an unsafe hotel. The room needs upgraded, underneath the door was a huge gap anything could come under, the carpets need to come up- old and dirty. I would like a refund as you couldn't pay me to stay here.

I liked that the property is very close to theme parks. However, the room given to us was smelling bad and carpets were sticky. I almost checked out myself but they were able to give me a better room with no smell and clean floors. I am happy that we had the other room available so we didn’t have to move out before our stay started. However , the rooms need a lot of upgrade and maintainance.

I cannot believe this place is open. Completely different from what is on Google. Very very very unsafe, every single night there would be arguing, robbery, fighting, music, 911. Very unsafe hotel I had booked thinking it was nice since it was close to universal. The room I was given had a huge opening of 5 inches on the door . It had no safety locks, no remote for TV, mold over the walls, smelled like cigarettes, this is a motel . People live here and there is trash Everywhere. The pool is non existent and does not operate. This place needs to be shut down by the health department ASAP.

Room was dirty and roaches everywhere. Bathroom was dirty and was not cleaned from previous customer. Toliet had problems. I went to the office and they came and fixed toliet and tried to get rid of roaches. I asked to be moved to a new room and she did not move me. Also room had mold on walls.

Do not be fooled by pictures or what this property says. Do not book this property, should be condemned, This place is gross and very unsafe. We lasted 5 minutes before we left and never looked back. Seen things going on around the hotel that didn't look legal, and some ground floor doors looked like they were kicked in from the outside. Giant Cockroach in the toilet. Hair still in the tub, no words to explain the smell. Ceiling had a lot of brown stains, and parts of it were missing. Nobody should be listing this property on their site
