Fake Listing don’t waste your time
Do not waste your time with this fake listing. I’m still waiting on VRBO to refund me for this terrible situation. The owner never sent instructions on accessing the property, nor did they respond to customer service requests to obtain the info. Yes hurricane Nicole was blowing through Orlando, but the owner never responded nor sent any information when I requested it 4 days prior to the booking date. I should have known something was fishy when they never responded to my specific questions about the property. We were stuck in the middle of hurricane Nicole with no place to stay. This experience makes me never want to use VRBO again. I wish I could give 0 stars but it won’t let me.
