We're a 12-minute drive from Disney, 22 minutes away from Universal Studios, and 20 minutes from SeaWorld

Bedrooms/Bathrooms: Downstairs there is (1) bedroom and (1) shared bath. Upstairs there are (5) bedrooms and (4) bathrooms.

Feel safe and right at home when you enter the gated community with 24-hour security guard. Parking can accommodate up to (4) vehicles. Up to (3) in the driveway and (1) on the street.

Other things to note
If you would like to add pool heating to your reservation, please let us know in advance, and we can coordinate to set that up for you. The cost for this amenity is $35 per day of stay, which will be invoiced separately. We kindly ask for at least a week's notice. During inclement (cold and/or rainy) weather we do not advise using the pool.

The pool gets serviced weekly. Please note that, after it rains, there may be some debris that wash off the screen and into the pool, which may cause it appear slightly discolored.
