Built in 2016 and professionally decorated (with beautiful artwork done by the owner herself), this home brings both style and comfort to your next family Disney trip or golf getaway to ChampionsGate. With a private pool and a spillover spa, you’ll have your very own spot to soak in the ever-present Florida sunshine. You'll also be treated to a game room with Ping-Pong and pool, five spacious bedrooms (including a Nemo-themed room for the kids), and access to the incredible resort amenities at the Oasis Club a short walk away.

This home provides nearby access to all the entertainment and adventure you could ask for. You'll be half a mile south of the Oasis Club at ChampionsGate, which features a lazy river, a two-story water slide, a pool, a state-of-the-art gym, tennis and volleyball courts, a theater, and so much more. Tee off at the nearby golf course, or take a quick drive to reach some of the most beloved attractions in Orlando. Disney World awaits just 12 miles northeast, the many shops and restaurants of Disney Springs are 15 miles northeast, and Universal Studios and the Wizarding World of Harry Potter are seven miles beyond.

Great vacation get away.

The property was great, having 5 bedrooms and 5 washrooms was the best! Very large home, we were 8 adults and it did not feel crammed. The resort pool was only 2 mins away which was great on our last few days. The pool at the house was nice too when we got back from the parks at night. I would highly recommend this place!

Great house, beautiful, roomy, and pool a plus. Just was upset none of the tvs worked at first then one in one bedroom starting working. Called serval times, but they couldn't help over the phone. So no tv unless we used kids gaming system to watch tv. Other than that two great water parks on site

Had a bit of trouble getting through security maybe on me for not receiving or filling out the name of everyone staying and the internet quit twice, but called in and was helped out. The play station was nice children distraction. Plenty of room for everyone to spread out. Booked the day before so was unable to get the hot tub heat turned on. The club house pool, lazy river and food/beverage stand was also a bonus. Would stay again if opportunity allows.

Winter respite
Overall the property was pretty nice, however it is in need of some TLC. There is scratches and scrape marks on a lot of the walls. The baseboards are dirty in the high traffic areas. Screen in the pool area was ripped. Towel bar was missing from bathroom wall. For a five bedroom house, the housewares were extremely deficient. Coffee maker didn’t work. Toaster didn’t work. Bathroom sink in master bath wouldn’t drain. Bathtub in front bathroom didn’t drain. It needs to be better maintained. It’s a great house that is sub par in the present condition

Peaceful mini vacation
Check in was a breeze. The home was exactly how I saw it online. No surprises. The place was immaculately clean and absolutely perfect for what I needed. I had an issue with the shower. It wouldn’t turn off. Maintenance responded immediately. Fixed the problem., was very professional, and had great conversation.

The home was in a great location and it’s size was perfect for our family of 11. The first night of our stay was very disturbing as we came home in the evening to the sliding glass door wide open even though we made sure it was locked before leaving. We quickly learned that the left side of the sliding door also needs to be locked, something we did not know about or expect as most of these types of doors only open on one side. We must’ve come home just in time to foil a burglary as nothing was taken. A report was filed with security. The following day we tried to set the house alarm only to find out that it was not actually connected at all. This, too, was very disturbing as we were given the supposed alarm code but we left the home hoping our belongings would be safe. We had no problem after that day. Our family loves having some home cooked meals even while on vacation however kitchen did not have enough pots and pans or bakeware to be able to cook for a large family. The bed in the 2nd floor guest room was uncomfortable as the box springs seemed to be broken on one side. As usual, our family made the best of our vacation stay and enjoyed our time at the home. The Championsgate area was amazing!

I was so excited to stay in this Nice house
When we 1st arrived there were piles of trash right outside the door, which made the 1st bedroom smell of trash. Once we got in there was a smear of something yucky on both rails. I immediately called management which offered to send someone out to clean tomorrow and pick up the trash. An hour later getting ready for bed the blanket smelled like perfume. The games in the garage such as the ping pong and chairs were broken, and then the following morning I woke up severely bitten by BED BUGS. Which were painful & stung, Management made created a ticket. I had to constantly reach out to management on the status of the tickets and etas of the exterminator which did not come until Tuesday. They could not move me to another house and a hotel was not an option for me. I was miserable covered in bites. And could not sleep the rest of my stay. They did however compensate me for 3 nights which was better than nothing. But still not enough.

Vacasa managment is no good
I rent these houses for the pool. I have one in jersey that is only usable july and August. Advertisement/listing says that this place has a heated pool. I call management to turn it in, pay for it separately from the house and wait. After two days i see it isnt warming i call them back. Headquarters says that they just heard from local managment that they dont turn on the pool heater after may first. They returned only a portion of the payment i paid for the pool heater. Vacation was ruined. Kids all got colds from the freezing pool. When booking look for the other management other then vacasa. If its vacasa then run for the hills.
