I have been a customer for many years This is my first terrible experience with you due to the owners lack of response We got to the place with my family n there were no co formation We were on the road 10 hours to get there n no booking available We ended up going somewhere else n paying twice as much The owners of the unit never bother to comunícate neither answer the phone ever It totally ruin my time off with my kids I am so mad that I will think twice from now on to book my next vacation coming up in November With you because there was no plan B in this situations Getting my money back was not the solution for me No where to stay with my family with plans booked that we couldn’t assist to We lost tons of money Terrible experience
