Our room is a studio type in the Terraces. It was clean and brand new. Pros: clean rooms, shower room style, basic amenities of the room, swimming pool, quiet, Starbucks coffee in the lobby, the shampoo, lotions, shower gel, and conditioners smells good, alarm clock with wireless charging on top, Cons: shower water pressure is low, no wash cloth, expensive to stay in, expensive resort fee, parking fee is too expensive, everything you do and request has a fee, and despite the room rate, it doesn’t have even have a complimentary water and coffee/tea. They have keurig coffee machine but there is no pods. How we will start our day like that. I think it’s ridiculously expensive to start with which we can also get from other places with much more to offer.

I really enjoyed my stay, but the transportation from the park wasn't reliable. My family and I were stranded at Epcot for over 45 minutes trying to get shuttle information after arriving 10 minutes before the scheduled departure. We ended up having to pay for a $50 Uber. However, despite that the staff was friendly, and the dinner was great. The breakfast buffet wasn't worth the cost. I would suggest waiting until lunch to order. The rooms were comfortable and spacious and we enjoyed the large resort. The pool water is NOT HEATED only the hot tub. This was what a lot of other guest were confused about as well. Will probably return.

Never again. Walking the halls to the actual guestrooms looks like a rundown old apart.ent building. Dingey stained and smelly carpets, missing floorboards etc. First room smelled like fish and looked like it hadnt been cleaned; there were hand smudges all over the countertop and dirty water on the bathroom floor. Staff was friendly and quickly switched us. Second room smelled like bleach so we figured it had veen cleaned but there were literal drips putside the oven and stains crust all over the stove top. The room itself had a lot of soeace but left so much to be desired. The bedding felt like there were little pieces of old blankets underneath the matress cover... like bumps, the shower had mold and the shampoo conditioner and body wash offered were the refillable kind and you could tell theyd been refilled with whatever. The bottles themselves were oeeling and barely legible. The property..... main fou tain didnt work, the gym had multiple broken machine, carpet stains, and weights and thungs everywhere. Had a really bad experience. Nothing is convenient or pleasant about the stay. the layout is really exhausting and confusing, the staff uses the elevators so all day you have to wait for the elevator and youre always competing with the cleaning staff..the entire staff is young and unproffesional, its not a water park at all..its not clean like it says, the food options are very limiting and junk, the place smells..none of the activities listed like boating were even available..really dont understand how this place has such a high rating..honestly there isnt even enough space to write out every single incident that happened at this property..

I didnt like when i called the front desk to send a technician to fix the tele cable in of the rooms The person never came. The room service never came to clean my room. I felt very disappointed with that.

Our stay at the Grove was fine overall. We had higher expectations and were fairly disappointed with what the stay was actually like. The rooms are fairly nice and spacious. Didn’t have much of an issue there. The blinds they use are tough and are not smooth. Our biggest issues were there’s things: 1. The pools were not heated as they state they are. Our stay was during cooler temps and we couldn’t swim in any of the pools except for the lazy river (that was heated). We heard multiple people complaining about the pools and no one did anything. We spoke to the front desk and utilized the chat in the app and we were essentially told we were wrong. That was frustrating. 2. The layout of the hotel is confusing you feel like you’re walking through a maze trying to get anywhere. If you want a typical resort experience and not have to memorize a map or get lost consistently, then this is not the place for you. With kids, it’s annoying and we really did not enjoy the internal layout of the hotel. 3. The traffic/road leading into the resort is awful. At one point it took close to 20 minutes to move 1 mile. The food I had picked up was cold by the time I made it in to the resort. We constantly had issues trying to get in or leave due to traffic. One other thing would be the smell of weed/smoke. The hotel is supposed to be smoke free, but it was clearly not enforced. The smell was heavy and regular. We will not be coming back to the Grove in the future.

We liked Jax and Brooklyn at the surf pool. This place was a maze and getting to our room every night after coming back from being gone all day took about 10 minutes every time. This place has a fun pool and a couple water slides and the three bedroom room was a nice layout and spacious. The cleaning of the facility was non existent. No one ever came to our room to service it and we stayed there 5 nights. If I had to do it again I would not choose this place unless all I wanted to do was hang out at the hotel and swim all day. Other than that it wasn’t very convenient and it’s pretty gross and run down.

The water park is really good for kids because it's not that deep and it big also not overcrowded We stayed at terraces and the hot tub there is so relaxing for cold weather Walking at the entire vicinity is peaceful, but don't do it at night because wild animals are just beside the area, there is a service that can bring you anywhere the vicinity every 30mins needs improvement.... Our bedroom door lock has a problem the staff were able to look at it but they did not solve the issue... Parking fee should be mentioned in the advertisements of the place so guests have an idea of the cost

We recently stayed at The Terraces by Grove, which to be a brand-new hotel. The hotel itself was very nice and conveniently located close to Disney. However, there were a couple of areas that needed improvement. The pillows were extremely uncomfortable, and I had a hard time sleeping. Additionally, the housekeeping service was infrequent - during our 5-day stay, our trash was only changed once, and we had to use the same towels and sheets throughout. With a bit more attention to these details, the hotel would be perfect. Overall, it's a great option for those visiting Disney, but some tweaks are needed to take it to the next level.

Check in process was terrible took 40 minutes. Rooms are ok but spread out and you do most of your walking in parking garages. Windows were filthy. Water park was average and everyone had tattoos with kids yelling obscenities. Property out in the sticks with not much around. Felt more like an upscale dorm room than a resort hotel.
