Last time was an awesome experience. This time several things seemed off. Such as no hand soap in one of the bathrooms. No shower soap in the shower. The room was short on towels. And they made us pay extra for even basic coffee in the room. Beautiful place to stay. Just need more attention to the little details.

Upon our arrival, we were dismayed to discover that the key to our room was not functioning properly. Despite assurances from the staff that it would be promptly fixed, this issue persisted throughout our stay, causing significant inconvenience and frustration. As we had flown in from Connecticut for an urgent medical appointment for my son, we were hoping for a smooth and comfortable experience to provide him with some much-needed relaxation before his appointment. However, the constant problem with the key meant that we had to wait for the service staff to assist us in accessing our room, forcing my son to sit on the floor due to his hip discomfort. , the promise of resolving the key issue did not materialize, as we encountered the same problem when we attempted to re-enter our room after leaving. This recurring inconvenience added to our already mounting dissatisfaction with the situation.To make matters worse, when I visited your cafe for a simple coffee and pastry, I was shocked to find that the pastry I was served was covered in fungus, rendering it inedible and unsanitary. This unsavory experience not only tainted our perception of the hotel's cleanliness standards but also left us deeply disheartened by the lack of attention to detail and quality control in your food service.

The property was visually pleasing and the staff were ok some more helpful than others. My issues were a non working key which took forever to be fixed, no room service available and restaurants on site being extremely short staff and food being just ok after long waits. My mother in law got bit by bedbugs and the staff response seemed very lukewarm about it as if it wasn't a big deal.

We got in at 6am from a flight from California and we did not receive the room keys until past 5:30pm. The elevator was old and dated and only one was available. We stayed for a week and there was no room service. Not impressed, although the place is beautiful and has potential. It’s too big for the low amount of staff.

The resort is wonderful with 3 swimming pools, a water park, fishing lake, shop and a number of bars / restaurants. The accommodation varies depending on which section you are in. We booked a two bedroom condo which was very spacious however it was not as nice as the pictures on the website. The kitchen wasn't very well stocked and the dishwasher leaked. The engineers tried to fix the dishwasher but it continued to leak so we were moved to another condo but in a different section which was newer, cleaner and much nicer.

This property is beautiful, with very nice staff. Our room was upgraded. The property is close to everything as well! We will definitely stay again.

I didn’t like that I had called to change my reservation time due to my flight and front desk/reservations said it shouldn’t be a problem and that I could check in at 1am. I called before I left the airport to let front desk know I was on my way got to the property about 1:15 am and was told I couldn’t check in till 5 am so me and my children sat in the car for 4 hours till I could check in at 5am . The front desk told me they system was down and had to do a paper check in which I didn’t understand why that couldn’t be done at 1am and then we had to call security every time we left the room to get into our room after leaving bc they couldn’t give us keys due to system being down, very inconvenienced by that situation, waiting at least 15 min or longer Once they got it together it was a nice stay

Im suppose to pay only gor the resort fee.. And they try to charge me for the parking.. At the ende they give me a discount but still pay mote the just resort fee

This was our second time staying and this last time will be our last. Upon arrival , the systems were down, we couldn’t get room keys and we had to wait for security to come open our room, the resort is large so it took upwards for 20 mins waiting outside our room to be let in. Getting into the room the room was not that clean the floor was sticky and the table was not wiped down, there was also a dog in the next room barking for hrs although they have a no pet policy, we had to call several times to try and get the dog barking issue resolved. The fan in the room was shaking almost loose from the ceiling, the water in the sink was so low it was practically dripping and barely running. It just was not a pleasant experience this time around.
