Great potential but…
We stayed at this house for a couple of days , very close to downtown and concert venues. The house has so much potential but is lacking in upkeep and cleanliness. Was excited about the jacuzzi, couldnt use it due to it being dirty but also the pillow pads were black, the funiture putside was very unkept, and the kitchen didnt have much as far as utensils and cups. One of the cabinets it missing a peice and is dirty inside . The bathroom has black mold where the skylight is. The decor was nice and made it a bit homey , but everything else overshadowed that. Also the couch could have been better. Room sizes where nice but wouldnt suggest more than 4 people in total stay in the house .

Ok. So definitely not as bad as some of the reviews said. It was pretty clean. The furniture was not brand new, but not dirty. The backyard was nice. Some things that bothered me were; there was no where to but anything. No dressers, no shelves, no nightstands. No counters towel racks or hooks in the bathroom. Also the linens the bed had no flatsheet or blanket. Just a bottom sheet and an uncomfortable bedspread. Also the travel size toiletries in the bathroom had already been opened and some were half empty. Also the blinds in the livingroom and bedroom had missing slats which seemed kind of creepy. Almost like they were cut out. It was a good location for what we needed it was not dirty and we did not see any bugs

Cute place
The house is small very cute definitely do not recommend for a family good place for events backyard is a cute set up me and my friends had fun I recommend for small events but if you’re planning on having people stay over, it’s kind of impossible because the house is very small things easily can get knocked over but it’s still nice just bring mosquito spray and be careful of roaches alot come out at night especially outside it is in the hood but nothing bad happened no one bothered us I would stay again pet friendly too

What you see is not what you get!
We rented this with no reviews. Big mistake. There is no denying this property is close to to Universal, (13 mins) and about 25 mins to Disney. The neighborhood is had homes with bagged trash sitting in piles curbside, feral cats everywhere and people playing concert-level loud music. Thankfully, property is encompassed by a 9 foot private fence that is moderately in working order. The yard has not been cleaned up (tons of debris) and the outdoor furniture has been left out, was very dirty and uninviting. The hot tub wood frame was dry rotted and unsafe. It appears a storm hit the carport dome and they’ve never fixed it. The home had a damp, old smell about it. The grass covered mud room floor wreaked of urine - this was mentioned in another review on another site and they still haven’t fixed it. Our A/C went out because they have no filter on the unit and it froze up. When we attempted to unload our refrigerator items, we were shocked to see that the fridge had no shelves, everything sat on the veg/deli drawers.The icemaker only makes crushed ice. There no pole in the master closet or anywhere to put clothes. The floors were covered in pet hair. There was only one set of dishes/silverware for 4 people and hardly any cooking basics. There was an immediate ant infestation the moment food landed near the dining table. We get it, ants are everywhere, but there was zero ant spray, or way to remedy the issue and I’m not talking a few ants, there were hundreds of them coming from the baseboards. We brought this to the property management’s attention along with the fact that none of the beds had blankets, (they had duvet covers with no blanket inside), the sheets appeared to be dirty and the pull-out coach was filthy, with old food and dead spiders under the cushions. Extra pillows were stored in the closet with the hedge clippers. Property management was alerted at 9:30pm at night and I couldn’t believe they ended up coming to the unit, unannounced and calling for us at 11:30 at night. What?? Property mgmt told us they were coming with other items they forgot and kept delaying their arrival. This property has potential but the owner needs to fix items and set better expectations with their prop mgmt people. Very unprofessional and not as pictured.

First and last time I'll use vrbo
The beds were all super dirty like actually dirt and dog hair on the sheets it says it sleeps five but there's two beds and a tiny couch. We found a blow up mattress as we were leaving. The couch was so dirty it looked like it had never been cleaned we didn't use the hot tub because of how dirty everything in the house was but the wet room smelled like mold. Also there were like dirty sheets and chain saws in the hall closet. Good location so if you're not going to spend any time in the house just going to the parks etc it makes sense but everything from the beds to the outdoor furniture was FILTHY. Also we were told we were going to get info about checking in day of and we didn't we had to reach out to the property manager after check in time because we couldn't get in because they hadn't sent us the info.

Just Ok vacation rental
The house was ok and has the very basics needed for vacation. The fence is the only major problem and needs addressed for safety reasons. The hot tub was in great working order which made our stay enjoyable.
