The hotel's location is incredibly convenient for anyone planning a visit to Disney World for two or more days. The staff is exceptionally friendly, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. However, there are a couple of areas that could use some improvement: it would be nice if the complimentary bottle of water were larger than the small size currently provided, and a more regular cleaning schedule for the rooms could make the stay even better. If you’re looking to grab some groceries, there’s a Target just across the street. Need a caffeine fix? Starbucks is also just a short walk away. Additionally, there are plenty of dining options nearby this hotel as well. Overall, this hotel is a solid choice for accommodations.

Unfortunately my experience was poor to terrible. There was a musty smell upon entry.The air conditioning made a horrible whirring noise that repeated for about 3 minutes every 20 minutes and the bathtub backed up with every use. There was a lot of hair around the room. The room looked like it had not been attended to in a while. I must commend the breakfast experience, but it looks like public areas were better maintained than the room.

This is a wonderful option for people who want to be close to Disney at a more reasonable price. It is conveniently located near Flamingo Crossings housing for the College Program Cast Members. There is an excellent restaurant on the premises. The pool area was beautiful including the hot tub. Breakfast is one of the best I’ve seen at any hotel and included. Our room was clean, had many amenities, and was comfortable. The bathroom door did stick but nothing that wasn’t livable. Excellent choice for the price!

Overall, our stay was nice. Room was clean, pool was nice, and staff went above and beyond for us. The restaurant left a lot to be desired. The service wasn’t great, it took almost 2 hours in and out. Our server had 2 large parties and she was consumed with them, it took forever for her to get our order and for our food to come. My daughter ordered a burger medium, and it was more rare on the inside and she could. It eat it. The hotel was lovely, but I would look at alternative food options.

I had a mixed experience. While the breakfast was good, and the stay had its positives, I was disappointed that the hotel didn’t address my specific accommodation request due to health issues. Additionally, the room carpet was in poor condition and felt unclean.

A modern feel with a nice pool area. We got a family room with two bedrooms. Clean - perfectly adequate and reasonably priced with resturants, a TArget and Walgreens across the road. 10 minutes from all parks - highly recommend. The General MAnager would checkin with us and all guests at Breakfast. We had a couple of issues with hot water which were promptly dealt with. This is a very well run hotel.
