Room 406. Double bed. Remote had no backing, tv wouldn’t turn on. Drove back to front office for help. Manager suggested to come back to room. He fiddled with the direct tv box, turned it on, rest of night (3 hours) rempte still didn’t work, volume, etc I checked in at 6:00pm, checked out at 9:30 pm. Horrible experience

What a terrible experience. That place is awful and disgusting. The room was all broke up and you can tell that the cleaning crew didn’t do their jobs properly. Should be removed from your list.

The staff was nice but the place is really run down. Outside our door there was cigarette butts and it was not clean. When I got to the room the blanket had a stain, the bathroom floor had water damage and under the bathroom sink there was a dead cockroach. The fridge wasn’t cold enough and there was melted ice water all over it. The beds were comfortable enough so if you are not a fussy customer and you only need a place to crash, then it’s an option. As a customer, I will not be back.

Room was disgusting. Dirty sheets, holes in wall, curtains didnt close fully, deadbolt lock would not work, and the AC did not work. At all. Would never recommend this facility to anyone. Ever.

No amenities provided in room. Disruptive noice and rooms were not updated. Fixtures in bathrooms in disrepair. Towels deplorable and a/c units worked poorly. Rooms reeked of smoke/weed horrible! Poor service. Room rate and point value ought to be reduced by Wyndham. Further when booked through 3rd party they charge a significant resort fee of $13 dollars which is exhorbitant as, there is a small pool and no other real service provided. Further if one is on a trip who wants to wake up (6am - 9 am) early for a mediocre breakfast ?? The property leaves much to be desired. The Wi-Fi and televisions seldom functional for any length of time.

The worst place I have ever stayed. Unsafe, dirty in all the rooms (they changed my room 3 times) infested with cockroaches. This place should be closed. I asked for my money back because the place does not look anything like the photos on the hotels.com website, but since I had already checked in they didn't let me. This is ridiculous... how are you going to know if the place is horrible, dirty and has insects if you don't see the room... and they don't let you see the room if you don't check in... totally ripped off. DO NOT COME to this place.

Rented a non smoking room filled with cigarette odor, we thought it was because AC wasn't on maybe the smell would fade, that didn't happen so we decided to asked to change rooms and had to wait till 8am next morning to have it changed unfortunately we couldn't sleep that night... bad nightly customer service.

Awful hotel!!! Nobody at the office to check-in, I reserved for 5 people and at checkin I had to pay extra $10/night for a rollaway bed. The staff was very rude. The room was dirty. The faucet in the sink was broken/loose. The sheets were horrible, with stains and with translucent sections due to the wear and tears, the towels as well, same conditions. I would never recommend this hotel. The room in a very poor condition.

There was very little to like about this property. Upon check-in, the staff informed me that I would be given the room with the least problems on the doors... RED FLAG. The room was unbelievably dirty, stained, the bed frame had mold. The sheets were stained and the doors had lipstick stains on them. This was truly a place of nightmares for a woman traveling alone. I trusted the WYNDHAM name on the reservation but this was not the Wyndham standard.

I was attracted by the great price. However, I encountered several issues that impacted my experience: 1. The main door to the room didn’t work properly. 2. The bathroom door couldn’t be closed. 3. The floor was dirty. 4. The towels and sheet were stained. I hope these concerns can be addressed for future guests, as they significantly affected my stay.
