• Lot parking available for 2 vehicles on a first come, first served basis.
• Please note that as this is a private home, guests do not have access to the Owners-Only Margaritaville Resort swimming pools or resort amenities - commonly called “The Fins Up Club.”
• Pet friendly! Maximum 2 pets allowed. An additional daily pet fee of $35 per pet will be required in addition to your final booking cost. To pay your pet fee, please contact the Customer Care Team after booking. Violators who leave behind pet waste or cause pet damages may incur additional fees to cover recovery costs. Additional cleaning fees may also be billed as necessary. Remember to "pick up after your pet"!
• This home is located next door to the Margarita Porch Paradise rental, an ideal setup for larger groups when both are booked together.

Margaritaville Resort is less than 5 miles from Walt Disney World and just 10 miles from
Universal Studios. Guests of the resort have access to onsite restaurants, live music, shopping, and comedy shows. Sunset Walk, a modern shopping complex offering just about everything under the sun, is just a quick 15-minute walk away. A shuttle is also available with regular rotations of pick-up and drop-off. The Sunset Walk complex features Island H2O Waterpark, over a dozen noteworthy restaurants, a dine-in movie theater, video arcade, live music, farmers market, spa, and if you can believe it SO much more! There’s truly something for everyone!

• This property is non-smoking. You will be fined $500 plus mitigation costs.
• Do not exceed the maximum number of cars or occupants.
• Do not park automobiles in the grass, as you will be towed/ticketed.
• Always observe quiet hours after 9PM, as there are neighbors close by.
• Failure to follow these rules/procedures and the rules/procedures stated in the agreed upon rental agreement could result in fines, forfeit of the security deposit, and in some cases being asked to leave without a refund.
