THE STORY VILLA is bran new renovated , ultra modern villa .

The brand new STORY villa is located in the prestigious area of Indian creek . This ultra modern villa enjoys the status of being on one of the closest residential community to the magical Walt Disney World, just 3 miles drive to the Walt Disney World front gates.

This spacious villa is ultra modern with all the latest technology and comforts of home. The main living room includes a 65' smart LED TV with 100's of HD channels. WiFi throughout the villa and pool areas. Free unlimited calls to anywhere in the USA and Canada. Gourmet kitchen with Quartz countertops and top of the line brand appliances stainless steel.

High chair, stroller, pack n play are provided.

There is a kitchen nook for casual meals and a formal dining room for entertaining. The laundry room has a brand new, top of the line full size washer and dryer, iron/ironing board.
Two Master Suites with king sized bed and 50 'smart Led TV with ensuite baths and walk-in closets.

The inside was spacious and provided enough space for my family to play games and have fun. Location was close to disney along with restaurants and shopping. Outside pool area was nice Rooms were clean Kitchen equipped with plenty dishes and cook ware.

Our family of 8 loved the house! It's close to Disney and very spacious. 4 bathrooms were a big plus! Communication with the owner was great and he answered any questions quickly. We would definitely stay again!

Not for small children at all.
I have stayed in several vrbos expensive and non-expensive but never had one so dirty. Tons of black hair in the bathtubs,3 of which don’t drain, Lots of white crusty stuff on the couch and chairs in the kitchen didn’t even want the kids touching so I had to clean it. Underneath all couch cushions was tons of food and hair ties. (My 2 year olds found and kept trying to eat) all chairs in the dining room had paint flaking off so bad it would stick to everything.The gameroom is so hot kids can’t play in there even with the fan and there’s hundreds of dead flies everywhere. There’s broken tile all by the sliding glass door going out to the pool that they just threw a rug over which, of course the babies kept trying to get and my Son cut his foot on before we left. Little black bugs all over the kitchen and bathrooms, we were told were ants. Trashcan in kitchen still had food from last tenants all over the lid The outside one was full of maggots. I wrote several msgs to management one which they showed up at my door within 5 minutes. We opened the door and she immediately came in. I was not dressed, so it was very uncomfortable,The lady was very nice but seemed like this was normal. She had someone come spray outside for bugs and Clean two of the drains, but they still did not drain. My Son walked out with a full bottle of pills in his hand he found in Star Wars room and cigars out by the pool just not a home for kids. I could go on and on, and I’m sure the owners are not aware!

The Story that was too good to be true...
Positives: location is great, nice area, beautiful house Negatives: inside of home does not look like pictures, not clean as other reviewers described, some rules were explained on arrival, broken items that could not be used. The house is lovely and had enough space for 9 people to sleep comfortably. Close to restaurants and stores. For my family, the pool & pool table, 4 bathrooms, washer/dryer, and kitchen was needed. Kitchen: The plan was to cook some but, the kitchen had dust, hair and food on cabinet rails and knife block and trim was dusty dirty. The floor near the table had dried food on the floor. Hair in freezer and food crumbs beside stove. Curtains had food stains dried on them, garbage can was dirty. Dining room/living room: trim/ baseboards contained dust with hair, crumbs on sofa and dining chairs. No rug as pictured. Laundry room/ garage: the washer had hair and a smell, pool table has broken pockets, no batteries in other game and the garage is 100 degrees with no ceiling fan or windows. Bedrooms/bathrooms: water smells of sulfur- no fault of owners that is something with the area. The baseboard, cabinets and trim has hair and dust. Hair on floors and broom had globs of hair on the bristles. Shower heads need replaced/cleaned, sprays in all directions. Shower curtains dirty and moldy in bathrooms w shower curtains. No ceiling fans in 3 rooms. Use lights or heat on pool/hot tub charge $175. Recycle & Garbage was explained once we read binder -needs updated.

I loved the property
Our stay was perfect! The house is located just a few miles from the parks, it is in a nice neighborhood, has plenty of space inside for a family of 8, has a nice, covered pool area, and the list goes on. I have nothing bad to say about it at all. Thank you for offering such a nice option at an affordable price. When we come back, we will stay with you again.

Family vacation to Disney/Sea World
The house was very nice. My middle son, his wife, their 2 small children, and my youngest (adult) son all stayed on property. The house was very nice and could have easily handled my oldest and his wife as well as myself if we ever want everyone together. The location worked well for us. We focused on a location close to Disney but Sea World was only about 30 minutes away as well (and turned out to be a great place for the girls). The pool with the sauna under a screened porch turned out to be a great asset. We look forward to staying there again.

Location was great. House was outdated.Pictures online look like a brand new house and when you get there you realized is much different. House is comfortable with plenty of bathrooms but it wasnt as clean as we’ve expected. Furniture and kitchen utensiles are worn out. Garage playroom was great but poor lighting. They sure need a better clean company,upgrade furniture and put more lightning.We were practicly all day out and its nice to return to the house for a good night sleep.Mattresses comfortable,sheets very old

The pictures and description of this property are accurate. The house had a great layout and space. I would stay here again and would recommend it to others searching in this area. It was conveniently located to parks, food, gas and everything you may need during your trip. The neighborhood was not gated but felt safe and majority of the houses were well maintained.

The property came as advertised and our commute to the Disney parks was very quick - about 10 to 15 minutes park depending. Universal properties were about 30 minutes as expected. The layout of the 3 adult bedrooms was great. They were spaced out well and each had their own bathroom. The pool and hot tub was great to have. My son and I enjoyed them quite a bit. I deducted 1 star from the overall rating because this is the first VRBO property I have rented that had absolutely zero basic supplies like salt, pepper, sugar, olive oil, vegetable oil. It was also the only property we have rented that did not come with wine glasses. So as a parting gift we left 2 stemless wine glasses and 4 stemless champagne glasses. Again this property met our primary goal of being close to Disney, was clean, and thoughtfully laid out for our party of 5. You just may want to pack a few basic food items if you are planning on cooking so you do not have to buy everything when you arrive.

Family Disney vacation
We stayed here for a family Disney/Universal vacation. Property was close to parks and convenient to stores and restaurants. Easy arrival and clear instructions from homeowners. Home was as nice/nicer than pictured. We used the pool several days and it was relaxing. We did not use heat as it was august and was plenty warm. Loved seeing the geckos outside! Not an abundance of kitchen cookware but we were hardly there for meals so we had plenty for what we needed. A couple of bugs but hey it’s Florida! Would recommend and would stay again! Thank you for sharing your lovely home.
