Beautiful resort there was quite a bit of waiting as we arrived on the premises because we arrived early and Daytona was going on. We enjoyed ourselves staff are very friendly and helpful my husband had a blast for his birthday lots of things to do. Walmart is very convenient. Definitely will be back soon. Thanks for wonderful hospitality!!!

I had a good experience staying at this property. I like it because its closed to everything. The only bad thing was that every time i try to open the gate with the 2 cards that they gave me they never worked. I could never open the gate, but there's always a security and they open it for me.

Overall for the price is a decent stay, however I am surprise that the resort fee does not include any room service to clean. During our 4 day stay it was no service or coffee refills. Only the check guards were friendly the staff in the front of the house was a bit rude.

This wasn’t what inspected. The pictures are very deceiving because things look newer, bigger, more fun etc than what it was. Also the amenities such as mini golf etc are an extra cost, in addition to the resort fee. The pools are also very small. Not what I expected.

I got swindled. Showed up to property. Very underwhelming. Room was booked via Expedia, I didn’t know is was a room outside of someone’s condo and they were very loud. I checked out after the first night and took my family home. I was charged for the entire stay. No adjustments were made. Very poor customer service from the property and Expedia. I feel like I got dipped and by the look on the face of the other guests they did too. Do not use Expedia or Westgate Vacation Villas.

The only thing that I was not too fond of was the water pressure and the hot water. The water pressure was absolutely terrible and with the water being hot it wasn’t. The water wasn’t even like warm

We arrived late after driving from Maine, 10:30 PM. We got to room at 11PM and there was a cockroach in the bathtub, there was also dust everywhere as of the room hadn’t been used in a while so my allergies and congestion were insane. We called to have the cockroach taken care of, waited 29 minutes, called they said oh we thought someone came. Another 20 minutes pass, called again. Again they said someone was coming. Midnight came and I told them my 10 YO and I couldn’t wait up any longer and we agreed to a 9AM visit. No one came. A woman called at 9:01 asking us to join them for a free breakfast and we would get a gift card after. We attended, did not get a gift card because we didn’t qualify but having my husband there- bizarre. I asked them to send someone for the cockroach. No one came. After (with zero exaggeration) 4 more calls and MUCH wasted waiting time someone finally came while we were gone to remove the cockroach. This took a day and a half. We aren’t familiar with cockroaches where we are from. I truly would have appreciated them offering us a credit/voucher toward future stay to try this property again, given the fact that we paid more much more than the typical pricing they offer for stays in which guests attend the meeting that we still attended. Nothing at all was offered to improve our view of the property for future stay. My daughter selected this place for her 10th birthday trip (our first girls trip and her first time choosing a vacation spot).
