While public transportation is limited in the area, Lynx buses operate routes that connect Davenport and surrounding areas. Having a car is generally recommended for convenience.

Airport Access:
Orlando International Airport (MCO) is about 35-40 minutes away by car, making it convenient for arriving and departing guests.

Please note – In order to book with us there is a 25 years of age minimum requirement & the person booking the villa must be present during the entire stay.
This rule is strictly enforced and a Driver's License will be required and requested for all bookings. Failure to meet minimum age requirement upon check-in guest will be evicted and will NOT be refunded for the entire stay.

No cryptocurrency mining or electric vehicle charging is allowed on the property.
3 Cars Maximum (depending on the size of property) that is permitted to be registered per home. ALL DRIVERS ARE REQUIRED TO BE REGISTERED PRIOR TO ARRIVAL DATE.
All drivers will be required to provide a valid driver’s license to the guard gate upon arrival. Any driver that is not registered prior to arrival will not be allowed access to the community.

Late check-outs are not allowed (Door codes deactivate at 10am). Please make sure all guests' belongings are cleared from the home by that time.
Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited on the property. If any evidence of smoking is found, the renter agrees to a penalty fee of $250.
Supplies: **We offer a starter kit for the home, including dish soap, 2 trash bags, a dish detergent tablet, paper towels, bath essentials.
Please note that additional supplies may be required for your stay. We provide only single items to kickstart your stay.
Pet Policy: ** This property does not allow pets. Please be aware that if an unauthorized pet is discovered in the home, we will request its immediate removal and levy an additional, Non-Refundable fee of $500.
Pool Policy: ** Pool heating is not included in daily rates (where applicable) and can be turned on for an additional weekly cost. For best results it is recommended to preorder and have this set up prior to arrival.
Heaters set to 86°F for proper chemical balance. Takes 24-48 hrs to heat. Once it reaches 86°F, the heater will cycle on and off to maintain this temperature. Additionally, if the outside temperature drops below 50°F, the electric pool heater will automatically shut down until conditions improve.
