Pet-Friendly Orleans Ranch (1560)

This cozy 2 bedroom 2 bath ranch sits on a wooded lot in the heart of East Orleans. It is located a short drive to Nauset beach as well as the restaurants and shops of East Orleans and Orleans Center. The 2 bedrooms feature a Queen and a brand new King with en suite bath and the main bathroom was updated recently. The living room has an alternative sleeping area with a full sleeper sofa and 65" flat screen TV. Amenities like 2 A/C units, WiFi and Extended Cable TV make this a great little rental for any summer vacation. The deck features a gas grill for great summer barbeques. It is also pet friendly dog pen in back yard, so bring Fido or Fluffy! 3 night minimums available with and added cleaning fee. 7 nights or more include cleaning. Non-refundable $250.00 fee (includes administrative fee and damage waiver insurance) plus applicable state and local taxes. Linens not provided. Guests may rent linens or bring their own.

The interior was clean but dated and the walls could use some fresh paint. The kitchen was well-equipped. Management responded quickly to assess the minor damages we found upon entering. Nothing to keep us from returning.The three a/c units worked well.

Cape Cod Oceanview Realty was wonderful to work with as far as booking and answering questions. The house was in Orleans and was a short drive to many places. The house could use some deep cleaning and some minor repairs. The kitchen needed cleaning especially in the drawers and cabinets and the dust behind the beds was thick. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen appliances were Kitchenaids. We enjoyed the area and appreciate working with CC Oceanview Realty.
