The house was about 20 minutes (25 or 30 minutes in high traffic times) outside downtown Nashville. We knew that going in and it was fine for us. The house is dated; however it was clean and comfortable. We were not disappointed!"

The only thing that we thought needed improvement was the grass was a little high and around the pool the weeds were high and growing over the wall. There were also many fallen leaves around the pool. The pool chairs, table, and game toys were dirty.
