"All was ok and the staff were lovely, especially in the guy in the vino bar who took time to go through the wines and provide his recommendations. Only disappointment was the food on floor 5. My pizza was essentially something you can get from a supermarket and put in the oven. My partner ordered the burger, they had put his bacon on my pizza instead. Additionally his patty burger was slightly grey and slimy. We did enjoy our meal on the ground floor where i had delicious duck"

"My fiance and I had a very enjoyable stay at Cosmo. The staff were exceptional! Especially Despina and the other lady that worked the same shift (sorry I have forgotten her name). They were super friendly, chatty, always asking how our day was, suggesting places to go. Honestly we could not have asked for more. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone.
