"The host was extremely helpful from airport pickup to drop-off, and everything in between. She arranged activities for me during my stay, made coca tea for me on occasion to help combat my elevation sickness, and even arranged for an early breakfast before an early morning excursion. They stored my luggage for 24 hours when I traveled to Machu Picchu. The bed was the most comfortable bed I slept in of all the hotels during my 3 weeks traveling through Peru. Will definitely stay here again next...

"The hotel provided a nice stay for our 1 night in Cusco. It was about a 15 minute walk to the city center which is where most of the restaurants and shopping are. Only issue, which was nothing the hotel could control, was a lot of local dogs barking during the night. "

All employees were friendly and professional. only downsides were 1) nowhere to securely store luggage after we checked out and 2) lots of noise starting around 4 am from staff cleaning and preparing for morning - only a problem because the windows are very old and sound travelled easily to wake us up"
