"The house and property are beautiful and perfectly located. Deer and wild turkeys came right to the house. The Yuba river is at the end of the road you drive up on, you just gotta keep driving even when you hit the narrow dirt road. We went for Grass Valley but fell in love with Nevada City. Papa Bear was much bigger than we needed but we love space, and it had plenty of it. We got to sit on the backyard porch and watch the deer. "This property is infested with cockroaches. I had one crawl across my foot while I was sitting on the couch, and when I looked around the house, there were cockroaches in various states of alive and dying. I contacted the property owner about this problem, and have never received a response. The owners were initially very communicative, but when I presented this problem, I received no communication at all. Extremely unsanitary and unkempt. "
