"Well from the moment we arrived and were met by Mehmet( the owners brother) the WOW factor was there! A lovely family owned/run Apartment just 10 min walk from the centre of Dalyan. The Apartment block is very new,clean and all modern. Facilities were all top rated, cooker big fridge freezer and even a dishwasher! The cutlery all clean and sparkling( excellent housekeeping!) Air con in both rooms( we had a one bedroom apartment) along with a king size bed. The balcony overlooked the pool and...

"Stayed at the villa Ria for a week four adults two with mobility issue one in wheelchair. The villa is fantastic besutiful gardens pool is fantastic comunication with the owner and the manager was excellence everything you need in a holiday it is about a 10 min wslik to the nestest shops and bars to far for my husband to walk but our friends with the wheelchair we ok we just got a taxi no problem i would definitely recommend Villa Ria its in a peaceful area but clise enough to all the amenities ...

"Lovely villa, fantastic location but needs maintenance. All bathroom fittings in all bathrooms needs attention. Pool lovely but steps are seriously dangerous plus outside not cleaned properly from previous tenant's dirty tissue and toothpick on glass table which had not been cleaned for a long time plus half empty water bottles and cigarette buts, when we complained it was not taken seriously we believe they did send someone to sort but half empty water bottles were thrown in the hedge bottom...

"The biggest downfall for hotel was the fact that they tell you the spa is open from 10am till 7pm but they randomly close it earlier. These timings are already very short in comparison to most hotels so is really annoying. They then lied to expedia when they called as we put a complaint in saying that the spa needs to be booked in advance which is not the case. The hotel its self however is great for location, cleanliness and food. However, the staff at reception are not very welcoming. We did meet Ali who was a very nice and obliging person who really helped us. "

"My second time here, the territory is large enough to have some quiet time away from other guests, the grounds are beautiful and well kept. The app allows to book various activities, good variety of fitness classes, one of the best Turkish food offering with lots of fruit, veg & local produce, some attempts at sustainability (water cooler next to fridges with water bottles, compost and their own plants nursery I think). It’s funny going to a Turkish all inclusive hotel for some quiet time, but it’s possible to get the quiet(er) room away from entertainment. Staff is welcoming, helpful & patient. Fitness instructors are fun and engaging. Hotel manager is always around and approachable. Top tip: ask to show you on the map where your room is in relation to the bars/music, the further the better "

"Second stay at the Casablanca hotel.. brought friends for sight seeing trip.. they loved their stay at the Hotel.. central to all the amenities.. just slightly out of the main centre of attractions.. approximately 7 minute to the main shopping / restaurant area.. great stay.. would highly recommend.."
