"This property is Extremely Beautiful and so very very well maintained and clean. Our host and hostess greeted us with a bottle of wine and a berry tort, delicious. "The house was a real gem - fantastic all around. Truly off-off the beaten track, peaceful, with all the amenities you may need. It was very clean, super comfortable and really enjoyable. We stayed for 7 nights and could have easily stayed longer. Lots of small villages to visit within less than 1 hour and Orvieto is also close. "We rented Villa Bougainvillea for 12 nights and had a wonderful time! The kids were rarely out of the pool. The pool was a perfect size for four kids aged 4-13 and had a good cleaning system so always felt fresh. Rooms were spacious and with sturdy furniture. The host (A.) was quick to answer any questions on WhatsApp. Good with a car since the road up to the house is steep, but this is well compensated by the gorgeous view."

"The house was just as pictured. The only surprise was having to meet someone in town to follow them to the house. Driveway was a challenge, but once we got used to it, it was easy to find. Guido had the pool ready for us earlier than he had planned. And we certainly enjoyed it. The views are stunning and the sunsets are incredible. Our goal was to centrally locate and then visit all the surrounding areas of Umbria, CC Perugia, Orvietto, Cortona, And many more. This was the perfect location....
