"The B&B Porta Marina Ortigia has an excellent location, next to a lovely church in the Historical part of Siracusa (Ortigia), and close to both restaurants, cafes, shopping and the sea. We ordered the Double room - Executive, as I was traveling with my mother, and we needed a twin room. Usually that means two single beds, but here there was one big double bed in a large bedroom, and one double sofa-bed, made up in another large room, that also had a TV and a desk. "Excellent customer service. The room was spacious, comfortable and clean. The upgrade with the four poster bed and side balcony with sea view was very much appreciated. Thank you. The breakfast was amazing. It exceeded our expectations. So much choice. It included lots of local specialities and Sicilian treats. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to return."
