"THIS HOUSE IS NOT CHILD SAFE!! This house is not fit for children! The upstairs floor which is a huge family room is really unsafe with no barrier around the stairs so children can run straight off the floor onto the bottom floor this was even unsafe for us as if your slightly tired walking straight off the second floor was too easy as there was nothing to stop you. On top of this in the garden there was a huge hole that children or even adults could fall down and it was so deep that if someone...

"Lovely house in picturesque village. Every bedroom has en-suite so perfect for groups or large families. Nice size garden with bbq. The large town of Compiegne is only 25 min drive away with a train direct into Paris. Pierredonds is only 10 min drive with castle, lakes and the best value for money crazy golf game I’ve ever played. Loved staying here."

I had trouble contacting a taxi for pickup and the owners were so kind to call one for me and make sure I got where I needed to go. The property is lovely and has everything needed for a pleasant stay. Turning the locks on the front door are a bit tricky, but I had no other issues. Highly recommend this area if you are visiting the nearby Chateau, and the village itself is very pleasant and safe. "

"Welcoming receptionist (Lana?), room clean and as expected newly decorated and presented well. 1 teabag and 2 coffee sachets but no milk. However we were welcome to use breakfast coffee machine although didn’t stay for breakfast it looked good. Good vets for our dog before returning to the UK, on D243 25 min walk or 2-3 min drive away. "The rooms were clean and spacious; The beds and bedding were extremely comfortable. What really makes this hotel stand out however is the extraordinarily kind and professional staff. And their breakfast was one of my two favorite breakfasts during my two week journey in Europe. Generous, with high quality ingredients. Fresh squeezed juices, delicious cheeses etc.etc. I could elaborate more, but the foods were presented and procured with a sense of excellence and care for the guest. Lovely staff. Loved this stay. Thank you. "

"The hotel was easy to access and there was plenty of parking. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We had to leave very early for the airport and they made it super easy for us to do so. We had a nice dinner at the restaurant. The room was clean and had enough space (we were a family of 4)."
