Newly painted condo with the perfect location! By land we are close to shopping, bars and the trampoline park! By water we are close to several area bars at the 18 mm including Backwater Jacks, Dog Days, Red Head Yacht Club and more. Party cove is just a short boat ride away! The condo is just a few steps to the pool as well AND has ground floor access. This condo has it all when it comes to location! Kitchen is stocked with all your cooking needs. Nice patio overlooking the lake that has an electric grill. Newly installed electric fireplace to set the mood! Flat screen TVs with cable. Wifi as well. The living room as two full sized couches and a love seat. New mattresses in 2023. Keurig and regular coffee maker. Modern washer and dryer. Great location!!
Everything was very clean. The directions were easy to follow. When we got in, the room was a little chilly but within minutes of turning up the thermostat, it was nice and cozy. The shower had great pressure and the beds were soft but firm. I would definitely stay here again.

Awesome Weekend Get-Away Spot
My family and I feel lucky to have found this awesome weekend get-away spot! It’s location was perfect (given the things we like to do at the lake), and the view was so beautiful and peaceful. I especially appreciated it being pet-friendly so we could bring our dog Rosie with us. Highly recommend this unit and would book again!

This property was great for our girls weekend! The condo was very close to the pool, plenty of room for our group of three. Only thing that could be improved is the size of the tv in the living room, but the tv thing is not a huge deal.This place was everything we needed!

This is a beautiful condo in the perfect location. The condo itself is so nice and so close to the amazing pool. Marty is an especially wonderful host, helping us out with a hiccup that occured regarding our stay (our hiccup not Marty's). Highly recommend!

Wonderful stay at the lake! Pool was awesome. Close to shopping and residents. I spoke to the owner a couple times with questions and they were very quick to respond and always helpful. Thanks for a great stay! We all enjoyed and relaxed.

Nice place, a little dated
The condo met our (2 couples) needs well with two bedrooms, each with an attached bath. The kitchen was well stocked, although we did not really use it except to make coffee. Our only complaint was the pitiful little bath towels in the bathrooms. Each only had 2, small raggedy towels. On the next to last day, we found a load of much nicer towels in the dryer. It would have been nice if the cleaners had put them in the bathrooms.
