The Ledges is a conveniently located, popular complex in the Heart of Osage Beach. Our Guests appreciate the hard to find combination of outstanding main-channel views and the serenity of a peaceful no-wake cove. The complex offers two pools, one of which is on the point of the property with a great view of the Lake - also a great location to enjoy the sunset. In addition, there is a sandy beach play and swim area that the kids really enjoy!

While the complex has many units, not all are created equal... This particular condo is a Rare 4 Bedroom Unit. It is easily accessible from the upper parking lot by just 4 steps. The large deck offers a great view overlooking the boat docks and cove out toward the Lake's main channel.

You'll appreciate the condo owners' tasteful decor and comfortable furnishings as you relax and visit in the open living area. Enjoy the Large-Screen HD Cable TV and bring along your laptop or tablets and log onto the Internet at High-Speed with Free Wi-Fi!

The Kitchen is fully-equipped and the Gas Grill is awaiting your Barbeque on the Deck.

The Master Suite has a King-sized bed, private bath, walk-in closet, Cable TV, and a fantastic Lake View. The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms offer comfortable Queen sized beds, ceiling fans, and TV's. The 4th bedroom is set up for kids to enjoy with 2 Twin over Full Custom-Built Bunk Beds. There is a TV and ceiling fan in the 4th bedroom as well. Altogether, the condo can comfortably accommodate up to 12 with a mix of adults and children.

BOATERS: Our boat slips are close by and available upon request. The State Park is just a short drive away and offers very nice ramping facilities as well as short to long-term trailer parking for your Boat or Personal Watercraft Trailer. By water, you'll be on the 20.5 Mile Marker just around the corner from the Grand Glaize Bridge.

Our guests enjoy what seems to be an unlimited list of things to do from taking a Helicopter Tour to playing a round of Golf at one of the many of the fantastic courses the Lake area is known for! There's so much for the kids to do including Go Karting, Mini-Golf, and getting Frozen Custard at Randy's or Andy's! Be adventurous and Hike one of the many State Park Trails or go visit Ha Ha Tonka! There's an abundance of things to do within a short drive Year-Round!

This was a nice place to stay and lots of sleeping options, however there were a lot of spiders, dried blood on the wall, and we had instructions to turn the water on - but it was turned on already so we ended up turning it off on accident because it was already turned on. Ice maker did not work either. These are small problems and it was a great stay. I would stay here again

Very fun & perfect location!
Only issue was we couldn’t get the ice maker to work. Could have been on our part. But ice down here is like gold so was just a little bit of a hassle having to get ice every morning. Deck is wonderful with great views. Beds were super comfy!

The view was stunning and plenty of things to see and do close by !The property was in very good repair. The only complaints would be directed at housekeeping before our arrival. Everything else was just great. Jason was the best ,easy to contact and making sure we had everything we needed to enjoy are stay,, which we all very much did ..Would definitely recommend this property to others!

The Ledges is a great location on the lake. The condo overall worked well for us. Only criticism is that is needs a deep clean. The kitchenware and the cupboards that they are in were filthy. We had to replace the A/C filter because it was caked with dust and the unit wouldn't cool when we arrived. The fans were also very dusty. In fact, my mom cleaned the master bedroom fan, because it was so dusty. But, other than needing a deep clean a couple times a year, it's a great place and location.

This condo was everything we wanted. Plenty of sleeping room, nice modern bathrooms and kitchen and a great balcony over looking the cove and boat docks. The electric grill on the balcony come in handy also. Very close to Surdyke marina for our boat rental. And Jason the property manager was very responsive to all my messages. He even set us up after we arrived with a boat slip to load and unload steps away from our condo. So convenient for our extended family of 8!

The rental was just as depicted. Only concerns: The carpets could be cleaned better between renters and ice machine did not work. A little water spilled on the carpets and when a paper towel was used to clean it up the paper towel came up brown. Also, there were large chunks of broken glass all across the carpet when we arrived near the sliding door. Overall, great place, instructions, and location.

Very nice place. Just as the listing describes. If you have kids they would love the upstairs room with bunks. The stairs going up could be tricky if you have to many cocktails. LOL! Love being on the top floor with only 4 steps up from parking lot made loading and unloading very easy for us. I would recommend. I also like the electric grill on the deck.

We had a wonderful time. The condo was clean and perfect for our group of 8 adults. We had everything we needed. We wished we could have had a fire in the fireplace but it was empty. The kitchen had everything we needed but the knives weren’t that great. The views were fantastic!! I especially loved be able to park in the top lot and not have to lug our things up to the fourth floor!!

Nice option for family getaway
We’ve visited the Ozarks for more than 20 years & it’s always a great summer vacation! Condo: Nicely decorated & great location on property and area attractions. The ability to park & walk to condo on the same level was a plus! We had 3 families together, upstairs loft with bunks was perfect for our teens. Beds we’re comfortable. Stocked with almost everything you need in kitchen. Owner was quick to reply to problem with ice maker not working. Nice view of the lake but lots of wasps around on the deck. If you have a boat, this is a perfect location on the lake. Complex: Nice pools but could’ve been cleaned more often for bugs. Pool near lake was much colder. Clean swimming area in the lake with beach was nice. Hot tub on property would be a nice addition. Great fishing from docks, lots of wildlife with turtles, raccoons & deer. Would definitely stay here again!

Fantastic stay!
So the start of the trip was a rough one. I booked on the wrong date and only found out after arriving. However, Jason was very understanding. Not only did he find an open reservation for us to book, but he also refund us on full on the old reservation. Thanks to Jason, we were able to have a great time at the lake! The apartment was clean and definitely have enough stay and accommodation for a large group as us. Although we did not get to use all the facilities due to time, they are fantastic! Definitely a great spot if you are planning to go with families, or just a group of friends!
