I stayed for 3 nights at the end of my Japan trip. I stayed in a premium room so my experience was good as it meant lounge access with tea in the afternoon, drinks in the evening and free sauna/onsen use. I’d recommend going for that option

We had an exceptional experience. The service was excellent from start to finish, with the staff going above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. The breakfast was delightful, offering a variety of fresh and tasty options to start the day right. The staff were incredibly responsible and attentive, promptly addressing any requests or concerns with a smile. The hotel's location is a major plus, with easy access to transportation options that made getting around the city a breeze. Additionally, there's a grocery store within walking distance, which was very convenient. Situated in a central location, ANA Crowne Osaka, is perfect for exploring the surrounding attractions. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a pleasant and hassle-free stay.

Good location for walking the city!
A very nice hotel in a good location. The room was a bit compact but they did a good job of maximizing the space and making use of every inch of it! The customer service was very good. We stayed on the club level and had access to the lounge for afternoon tea and Happy Hour. The food was average and a bit repetitive during our stay but the staff was very friendly and helpful.

We very much enjoyed our stay! The breakfast buffet is amazing. Tons of dining options at Osaka station which was a 10-15 min walk.

Hidden fees: charged to use the pool each day, “breakfast included” dis not include all 4 of us, even though it looked this way in the booking. Buried in the fine print. Never again using Expedia to book and will never stay at a Crowne Plaza again.
