Great hotel with a comfortable, well-maintained room. The kitchen and laundry facilities were extremely convenient and made our stay much easier. Perfect for extended stays or travelers who prefer extra comfort.

There was no staff on property, so when we had questions, we had no one to ask. The room description said it included washer and dryer, which is not true. It included a washer and you used the shower as a drying room. It took me 5+ hours to dry a load of clothes. Description was deceptive. Other than that, the room was pretty comfortable. Location was good. Easy access to the metro.

It’s very close to metro station, only 2 minutes walk to property. The apartment is clean, well equipped with amenities and a good sized room for 3 adults. Enjoyed our stay at the hotel.

1. convenient located next to metro 2. clean and room adequate though was a squeeze for 5 adults especially the twin beds as too small 3. useful that it provided washing machine and dryer 4 amenities was provided eg tissue paper, washing capsules etc 5. checking in and out smooth and place to leave luggages

This hotel is priced so well, rooms are spacious with everything you need. Location is perfect for getting around Osaka and super close to heaps of restaurants, 7/11 and Lawson’s. Very close walk to Toshiba tower and markets around there. The street seems a little seedy and a bit grubby but we quickly learnt Osaka is all a little bit grubby in most places compared to what we saw in Tokyo or Kyoto. Washing machine and drying room worked perfectly overnight and clothes dry by morning. Train station is basically next door so we did so much less walking here because of that. Brilliant! Would recommend to stay here and we would happily come back next time we come to Osaka.

Hotel is pretty big comparing to other hotels in Japan. It is relatively new and very clean. There is a washing machine in the room which is very convenient.

Property was clean with security, and the room provided all the convenience of comfortable stay. It was in busy business district, with many eateries and convenient stores. The property was close to Dotonbori, and all the shopping centers, the area was noisy when it was time to have good night sleep.

This hotel was next to a subway so it was easy to get home and go about... Walking distance to dotonburi and kuromon market... Love that there is a washing machine and inside the bathroom is a dryer. They have hangers and a dry option that heats up and dry your clothes.... Definitely will stay here again

We were able to do laundry in the room but it was rainy day so we took the clothes to the laundry around the corner to get them dry. The hotel is conveniently close to transportation. The staff at a sister hotel received our luggage from Tokyo and helped us forward one suitcase to the Haneda Airport. Check in and out was easy and the room was clean and spacious for a family of four.

Safe, clean, and quiet are what I care most. This place is very clean. Security is good. And feel safe around this area. Our room faces a busy road, noisy at night, I wear earplugs for sleep. 3 out of 6 rooms at each floor faces this street. For people who are sensitive to noise, better mentioning your specific request. Will be happy to try those three quiet rooms next time.

It was so clean, nice kitchen and bathroom. Very comfy bed and pillows. Very near the train station. There are nearby convenience stores, restos, souvenir shops. Easy check-in and check-out. Highly recommended. It would be nice though if there is an English instruction on how to use the washing machine. And also nice to have s flat iron. Overall, we are so happy with our stay.

Absolutely loved the apartment like style to this hotel. Was able to comfortably fit 4 adults. Self check in/out and services were very prompt and easy to understand. Only blip was the inability to transport luggage directly to hotel due to no staff available to receive luggage. Sister hotel which was a very easy short walk was able to receive the luggage for us, however the from and to (Kyoto hotel to respective Osaka hotel) took a lot of time due to miscommunication with phone calls or emails, taking almost an hour to sort out at the Kyoto hotel front desk, but everyone was very understanding and did their best.
