There’s only one lift in the whole estate, not consider a big lift too. Hence guest with luggage can only accommodate 3-4 at one go. The wait is hectic during the 10am check out time, could wait up to 2-4 rounds before u can get into the lift with your luggage.
No doubts the apartment provides guest with what they are stated in the booking platform. But there’s definitely room for improvement. Eg: there’s a washer/dryer within your apartment, you are provided with 4 packs of laundry liquid to wash 2kg of clothing for each round, 8 hangers and a socks rack. A family of 3 will definitely use more than 8 hangers. Meaning you can wash but cannot wash all at one go, you can use dryer but after 3hrs of dry spinning the clothes still feel moist but you can’t hang all to air dry.
A passcode is needed to enter the front entrance was not informed during check in nor from any emails after the booking is confirmed. Only till you found out you are trapped outside and can’t get it the front entrance. Made you read all information/ notice that’s placed outside the entrance and realised you have to email the hotel to get the passcode to enter. Have hotel ever consider the guest might not have a charged mobile with data on hand to email hotel and wait for the hotel to reply before they can get in? Or guest have to wait outside the entrance with no intercom to seek assistance and just wait until other guest might step out/ return to trigger the front entrance to open.
