一般のホテルと違い、ワンルームマンション型なので防音もバッチリ。周囲の部屋の物音も気にならず、空調もバッチリ。最寄り駅から徒歩５分と、利便性も良かったですね。

Very good price to sleep a family of five for a sh

We just needed a 12 hour sleepover stay in Osaka after going to the world expo, and the price was amazing for this place with a small kitchen and enough beds to sleep six.

Nous avons été déçus par cet hébergement, car il ne correspondait pas vraiment aux photos. La chambre présentait de la poussière et aucun service de ménage n’a été proposé durant nos 6 nuits. De plus, les machines à laver ne peuvent pas être verrouillées. L’ambiance du couloir rappelle celle d’un hôpital et nous avons également constaté de la moisissure dans la salle de bain.

3泊4日で家族で宿泊しました。スタッフの皆さんは非常に親切で申し分なく良かったです。建物自体が古いので、コスパを考えると大抵の事は許容範囲でしたが、配管の匂いなのか、水回りがとにかく臭くて辛かったです。初日はそれほど気にならなったのですが、部屋に備え付けの洗濯機を使用した次の日から匂い始めた気がします。最終日はかなりきつかったです。一度配管を検査した方が良いかと思いました。匂いがなくなれば、また利用したいです。

We found this accomodation very well situated to get around Osaka easily. The staff were lovely. Having washing and drying facilities on site was very helpful. Good range of food options and supermarkets close by.

Wonderful experience

We arrived much later than expected but we were greeting by a friendly overnight staff that helped us check in with no problems. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Also a great location. Easy to get to everything from here as a centralized train station is very close. Definitely would stay here again.

This is a budget hotel that has a decent amount of amenities depending on the room type. The dryers in the laundry area don’t do an adequate job (so you’ll need to head to a nearby coin laundry to dry your clothes) and the rooms are very much out of a 1980’s Japanese condo (dated furnishings, stove, bathroom, etc). It’s one of the more affordable options in Osaka, and decent for a family, but you should manage your expectations accordingly.

주차장이 없어서 주변 코인 주차장을 이용했고 간이 부엌의 상태가 조금 안좋았음. 많이 낡은 느낌임. 나머지는 괜찮았음.
