We enjoyed being a close walk away from Dotonburi and Kuromon Market. The room was spacious and had a table with comfortable seating. While clean, the room overall was older and drafty / cold (stayed during end of March).
The room is a little bit old, but it is a huge room, there are plenty of space for 3 baggage to open up and pack on the floor.
I would still recommend this hotel.
The staff didn’t really do much to make you feel welcome. The rooms were quite dirty and don’t even get me started with the toilet. The toilet wouldn’t flush on your first try. The window decoration and view were pretty ugly.
Stayed in tatami room, wide enough for three kids to play in. The person that dealt with our check-in was extremely pleasant. Futons were very comfortable.

Its dusty. Washroom is good. Easy access to Dotonbori.
It was ok. The hotel's clean, but the bed is not the most comfortable, so be aware especially if you have kids. The location is close to tourist spots, so it can be noisy until late. Hotel staff were very nice and friendly.
The bathrooms are dirty. On the day of check in, we found fruit fly or bugs on the bathtub. There is no cleaning during the visit. Cleaning are extra. The receptionist at the front desk is basically useless.
Horrific experience, non functioning hotel lacking basic hospitality needs, non working AC in middle of summer with heat wave, hazardous exposed wires in bathroom with no shower curtain, noisy, dirty, poor bedding when ask for towels and pillows, it’s not available, doors don’t lock, need to use wooden block, this hotel is unsafe to be operating.
Old and dated property. One person at front desk only at check in. Otherwise no staff. Thin, towels, small 1 small disposable cup for entire stay. Key deposit for 2nd room key. No staff after 7 pm. if you just need a place to sleep this is fine
Room clean easily accessible to Dotonbori shops, train station, convenience store. Bed was not so comfy but it’s fine. Secured place. Overall was ok.Bathroom clean.
Would not stay at again. This hotel has not prioritized the facility for a considerable period of time and it shows. Staff were still somewhat helpful and did offer to correct all misunderstandings that came up during one week stay.
Not enough basic cord to charge and no bed head lights

Cozy room. After hour u need security key to get in and out. The desk isnt manned after 10. So if u have a late check in, be careful the desk might not be operated for check in purposes.
There was bugs in the bathroom, the door lock was broken and the room was dirty.
Don't stay there.
The staff in place was trying to help but was powerless because they needed to have head office permission to do anything.

Property is ok condition, however, room is a bit run down. The beds were hard from the springs underneath, and restroom more like public restroom stall. The staff were accommodating and tried to make the bed more comfortable, but did not help much. All staff were nice, attending to all our needs, especially a young gentleman by the name of Jun (might have gotten his name wrong but he spoke English well).
Overall, this hotel is priced for its value.
