A great place to stay. Good breakfast, friendly helpful staff and nice rooms EXCEPT they are dark! Modern nice place…good environment. But so dark it’s hard to see and a little depressing. Add some lights and it’s a winner. As is…..it’s a bit of an issue.

Hotel in central Osaka. Walking distance to all the sightseeing spots. Only complaint is the rooms are very dark, shower had weird odour, and you’re unable turn off one of the lights (which made sleeping difficult). Overall service and hotel staff are amazing. Our luggage transfer was not at the hotel when we arrived but the staff did an amazing job on expediting the luggage to us on the same day!

Modern, funky and beautifully designed! It was my favourite hotel of the whole Japan trip!! Staff were brilliant and didn’t want for anything. FamilyMart on nearest corner and excellent okonomiyaki place opposite were great too! Very close to Dotombori but quiet street.

This was a great location. Central to everything and close to a train station if you wish to venture off further. I would definitely stay here again. Can’t wait to go back to Osaka!

Simply outstanding, super clean hotel with an exceptional staff. Located in the best part of Dotombori in Osaka, it’s a quiet area with lots of bars, restaurants, and shops. Less than a five-minute walk from the Glico Man. The hotel provides all basic toiletries free of charge. The hallways are quiet and have a dark theme; the room itself is also slightly dim compared to most hotels, but brightens up once the blinds are open. For me, the location couldn’t be better—I’ll definitely stay here again when I visit Osaka.

I felt so proud that I choose the best location for a hotel ever! I was comfortable that I felt bad leaving. I felt home and super welcomed. Rooms are modern and equipped with everything you need to live comfortably, Two things however I thought could improve 1) Set up the tv so people can cast programs from their phone or laptops (though you are busy exploring you will hardly watch anything) 2)Offer more veggie or kosher/halal options for the breakfast as I really missed out on lots of good foods lol.
