Due to a marathon event, traffic restrictions will be in place in the area surrounding the property from 8:45 AM-1 PM on March 16, 2025. During this time, guests cannot access the area by car and this property's free shuttle bus from and to the train station will not be available.
Please note the following amenity access age restrictions: Children under 3 are not permitted to use the swimming pool, and children ages 3-10 require adult supervision when using the pool. Children are not permitted in the pool after 6 PM. Guests ages 12 and under are not permitted in the spa tub and sauna. Amazing Stay!
Amazing stay! Staff were super nice and even asked if we needed any recommendation. Room that we stayed at was very spacious. It is a little far from subway station but worth it since its quite at night. They also offer a shuttle every 15 minutes to Osaka station.

Great size room in a very large hotel. Staff were excellent and very helpful. Room was excellent (large with great amenities) especially for Japan. Was a distance from Osaka station but provided a bus shuttle which was convenient. Limited amenities in the immediate area. Nice pool but have to pay to use.

It was a mixed bag. We had 2 rooms - one was great, one said newly renovated but looked anything like it (had old bathtub, small etc). Bellboy was not helpful, but people at the desk were helpful. Far from tourist attractions, but redeeming factor was the shuttle bus running every 15 mins that goes to osaka station.
