Tremendously convenient location with amazing staff who are available for assistance at all hours of the day. Clean room, centrally located near tourist attractions and transit. Added benefit of having a map in the elevator that displays some restaurants that open for breakfast as most places don’t open until closer to lunch time.

Located in a very stylish part of Osaka. 5-10 minute walk to Sinsaibashi metro station, and Dotonbori. Room was above average size for our stay in Japan. The services in the room were plenty and the bed very comfortable. The washroom was well stocked with enough space and a decent powerful shower. Reception was well stocked with toiletry items. Good range of vending options available on 4th floor.

This place had a ton of amenities - most I did not even take advantage of. I did not realize how close it is to Dotonbori either. There was some confusion as one person - who spoke decent English - gave me directives about my keys that other staff - who did not speak English - seemed to not understand, even with the help of a translator. I'd stay again and just be diligent about being safer than sorry about turning in my keys before the end of my stay to prevent any issues from getting lost in translation.

The hotel is located almost in the middle of two stations, both only about a 10 minute walk away. Right inside Osaka's answer to Harajuku.

Friendly staff, all the amenities you would need, on top of a Family Mart, easy enough to get to the subway (5-7 minutes, or 15 depending on the line you need). Busy place at night but never felt unsafe as a single traveler.

The stay was fine. There weas not breakfast or restaurant in the facility. There were losts of restaurant choices in the area. Seemed like a good basic place to stay, but nothing particularly special, either.

Overall the stay was great at Shinsaibashi Arty Inn, although they do not provide daily cleaning services, there will be daily change of towels and floor mat hung at the door of your room. The toilet, was also equipped with bidet and heated seat. The front-desk is also very polite and can understand English. Location wise was very convenient to Namba Station and Shinsaibashi Station.

Great location in a cool area with vintage & antique shops close by. Plenty of food options too. Staff were really friendly and helpful & gave us advice regarding shipping our luggage at the family mart next door. I loved the women’s beauty lounge too! I did not try the onsen due to tattoos.
