Our VIP hotel room was beautiful and always clean. It had everything we needed and more. My only complaint was the Wifi was terrible - things were so slow to load if they would load at all. I ended up using my data and then having to hotspot. Not ideal, particularly for the VIP experience.

We booked a luxury room and a standard room. The service was completely the same. We never received an introduction or greeting. Certain staff members were not polite or helpful. Very immature.

Easy access from the train and the property is right outside the park area. There is also lawson downstairs on the rear door entry.

Great Location for Universal Studios, closest hotel to the parks. Also close to the train station. Large Rooms, convenient laundry on our floor.
