Sandra (at the reception) and Mark (Dinning room) were great! Sandra was very attentive and always had a very good energy, an upbeat and welcoming smile and helped us get around. They didn't have a bartender that night, but she tried to satisfy my needs by looking up how to make my drink and she made it! She Aldo helped us get the application to pay for bus tickets. Mark was also very attention-detail person. With patience and good listening skills (because we didn't speak Norwegian), he took the time to make recommendations and bring our food. We were very please with his attention. Now, onto my only opportunity for improvement for the hotel : Please consider making available a shuttle to Eidsvoll Verk (the station where you take the bus to/from the hotel's closest bus stop). It's ok if its has a cost, but make it available!! Why? The bus service is very Intermittent and very spaced out, in such way, that you can't rely if you need to go back to OSL airport. I am sure guest traveling without a car are willing to pay.

Jeg bodde i 2.etg. Det var enormt lytt fra spisesalen i etasjen under. En hørte skrapelyder fra stolene konstant både morgen og kveld. Fryktelig irriterende… Rommet var helt greit. Hotellet for øvrig var nyoppusset og fint.

Spa avdelningen stänger redan vid 19 vilket är bra att känna till. Det finns inte kaffe eller vattenkokare på rummet och rummen har några år på nacken. Väldigt fin miljö runtom. Gymmet behöver en uppgradering.

Utrolig dårlig service under middagen! Ingen som kom å spurte om maten smakte bra, eller fylte på med mineralvann. Vi var tre som bodde i suiten og det var bare to av f.eks. glass. Ved bading på morningen var det ikke ryddet opp i spa området, det stod glass fra dagen før og smuler i bassenget.

Extremely nice location! Fun art and nice spa. Staff needs more training they obviously did not have much experience or training in informing customers. On several occasions their lack of information made the stay cumbersome. Usually hotel and restaurant staff takes their time with the customers to make the stay as good as possible. These did not. They were however friendly when asked. Also, scary ice just outside the entrance door.
