The service was excellent…all the staff was friendly and helpful. The spa area was huge, clean, modern, and inviting. The spa services were excellent as well. I would recommend staying at the hotel for the 3 night package…It allows for early access to the saunas and pools and to take your time to explore.

We loved our time there. We spent a night and enjoyed the Spa access all day in the morning of our departure. Everything was perfect, we loved the indoor and outdoor pool and all the different saunas. A special mention for the breakfast that was delicious. We'll definitely come back :)

Amazing spa world and very nice hotel. Breakfast is really good, but could use some fresh cooking (e.g. omelette). Parking is very expensive for hotel guests as there is no discount vs spa day guests.

We loved our stay at the well. So relaxing and really embraced the digital detox. Would encourage anyone to try out the sauna experiences on offer. Breakfast is great, the food/drinks in general are nice if a bit pricey. If concerned about the nude spa please don’t be they have swimwear and cover ups that can use, although this does carry cost. Overall a great stay, one thing to note is that If like us your flying in to Oslo TORP transport is expensive. The train is fairly easy but then need a taxi from Oslo centre which can cost up to £80-90 pounds for 20 min journey so something to consider regarding budget.

Mixed views didnt realize it was a naked spa so that was a turn off, they make u buy costumes toi u cant wear your own gear in spa. Only 1 restaurant, nothing else in area. Was checking flight times on mobile and got told off for it. Was served mych later than some of the other guests even though i arrived earlier - i wonder why, decent spa and facilities orherwise not blown away really. Average at best.

The room was nice but we didn’t feel comfortable in general since parts of the staff were unfriendly / snobby and there were a lot of rules to follow that were not communicated in a very nice way. Note that you have to be naked in the spa area or buy one of their swimsuits for quite some money (which we didn’t know beforehand). Your own swimsuit brought from home won’t be accepted.
